Cuizine Restaurant & Lounge
Good food and service.
Everything was wonderful. Food service and ambience. Had three apps and two entrees two desserts a bottle of wine and martinis for the two of us. Everything was amazing
Food and service excellent. Owner should mandate employees wear masks all time. I ask server to wear mask. Water service never wore mask
Always great food and service.
Excellent food and impeccable service. Maria was attentive, provided good options and friendly. She was a pleasure, as were the appetizers , main course and dessert! We loved every moment, including the martinis!
Celebrating our Anniversary, the CuiZine staff and owner made us feel as special as the day were married! Our meal was spectacular, escargot, onion soup, Veal chop and finally Flourless Chocolate cake! The best meal we have had since moving to Florida! Thanks Doris for the great service.
First elegant dinner with my new girlfriend. Greeted at the hostess station and allowed to have a drink at the bar before being seated. Nice background music from an accomplished piano man! Each of us had a well-crafted martini - one a traditional Beefeater and another Holiday martini. Yum! Seated with proper social distancing and received excellent unobtrusive service. We ordered a salad to split and each ordered one of the night's specials. The chicken and roast pork entrees were well-prepared and attractive in presentation. We dawdled at bit at the end of the dining hours but were well served and not hurried in any manner. All in all a great dining experience - one of the top three in the Melbourne area. Will be heading back for another visit soon!
My father and I had such a wonderful Christmas Eve dining at CuiZine. We had the Sea Bass and the Prime Rib. Both were excellent and our server, Ulysse, helped us find great wines to match.
Can’t fault service, but we both got sick after eating at Cuizine.
Dear Joseph, Fake on so many levels. MW Veal Chop , I suggest Veal Chop to be cook less in temp . You refused. You got Osso Bucco. I send Veal Chop Med Well for FREE (eat it all ) Told my server you guilty that i send extra meal for free. Sold 10 Veal Chops and 8 Osso Bucco. Executive Owner/Chef Zoran Stanojkovski
Our favorite local restaurant. Food and service are excellent. We visit about once a month.
Simply Outstanding from Start to Finish! I have not been in this facility since it was occupied by the old Dove Restaurant many years ago. The new proprietors have done some pretty amazing things with it. CuiZine is beautiful inside. Very stylish and wonderfully color coordinated. The service is very responsive yet not obtrusive. We were absolutely not rushed, nor did we have to wait hours on end for our food. We started off with a couple of drinks (Margarita Martini being one of them...very good) and two appetizers: Th foie gras and filet minon egg rolls. The foie gras has tied with what I consider to be the top two foie gras dishes in the Central Florida area (Chef's Table and Kabooki Sushi...this is a good thing). The filet mignon egg rolls were fantastic and I would definitely order them again. Our main dishes consisted of Baked Sea Bass and Bone-In Fillet Mignon. Both dishes were incredibly good. To finish out the meal, we enjoyed a peanut butter cheesecake with homemade jam. This was also delicious. One thing that I really enjoyed at CuiZine was the live entertainment. The young woman singing and playing an electric violin was most talented. Truly enjoyable to listen to and the volume of the entertainment was just right. We look forward to returning.
Excellent food and service. Waiter Ulysses gave us personal service. It was fantastic.
Cuizine never disappoints but last night’s dinner was exceptional. Osso Buco, veal chops, and duck breasts. All entrees were full of flavor and delicious. The foie gras appetizer was delightful. The staff was super attentive and knowledgeable. They suggested the perfect wine pairings. The live music in the bar was a perfect compliment to our evening. Perfect night out.
Veal chop was excellent. Tomahawk short rib was too
Excellent food and service as always. Just a little pricey for cocktails and wine. One of our favorite places along the beach.
Cuizine is a wonderful dining experience . Always warming greeted by all of the staff, it’s like coming home to family for the most fantastic meal and gathering ❤️
Absolutely, the finest restaurant in Brevard County
the entre was good as was the service. the dessert was average. The decor was rustic and pub-like; I would have expected a much nicer, more elegant experience. overall, given the meal and the atmosphere, it was substantially overpriced.
A wonderful restaurant to celebrate a special occasion.
Great food and service. Would recommend this restaurant.
Delicious! Great service!
Owner/Chef came to our table to check on food. Fantastic Food and service. Ask for Doris great waitress extremely nice and knowledgeable about the food.
Had a fantastic dinner with friends. ambiance, wine, food and Doris who waited on us were superb.
Outstanding dinner! Each course was well seasoned, cooked, and presented. We will definitely be back again.
Service was absolutely perfect and the food did not disappoint. This is a gem in the heart of Brevard and we will be back!
Food and service were well beyond expectations. Highly recommend the foie gras.
It was our first time at this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our server was David he was absolutely wonderful fairly knowledgeable about the menu. Very friendly and knew just when to come check on us. Lamb chops were wonderful. Cucumber water was soo refreshing.
The seat we were in was caught in a hotspot that made the dinner almost unbearable, but the service and food were great.
Only disappointment the tomahawk special wasn’t available, sold out .
A top notch evening. First time at Cuizine, was everything we had been led to believe it was. Food creative but hearty. Atmosphere refined. Attention to detail from the moment we entered through to dessert. Doris was a treat as a server. Most highly recommend for fine dining in the area.
I love this restaurant and frequent it regularly. The food is wonderful, the service is usually spot on and the specials are amazing - the chef is inventive and uses locally sourced when possible. Wine list is really good and comparably priced to other upscale restaurants nearby. All pluses. My one complaint is that I am never accommodated when I ask to switch a side - I have some food allergies and cannot eat some of the side dishes and I've been told, repeatedly, that "chef does not allow switch outs" Really? On my last visit, I asked for a mini caesar instead of the house salad with my main course and was told that could not happen, that I'd have to order the full salad ($12/huge) if I wanted that option. I understand that the Chef works hard to pair ingredients and flavors and maximize satisfaction, but this is a bit off putting to me when I'm paying, in some cases, $35 for a dish.
I had the Chilean sea bass and it was exquisite. My wife ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection. We're eager to come back and try more of their dishes. The service was also impeccable.
The quality of ingredients and the talent of the food staff leave a lot to be desired. The service is adequate—but the staff dropped no fewer than 4-5 trays when we were there. This is not fine dining. It’s mediocre. I was surprised at how amateur the preparation was.
Great place - very glad we finally tried it! Fillet was amazing! Fantastic service and great wine list! Definitely going back
Amazing as always. We always enjoy our cocktails with Chase the bartender and David our waiter.
Truly outstanding as always. Awesome atmosphere, beautiful dinner music.
This was the second and last "just ok " meal we have had there in the last month. This last time we both ordered the special , I had the scallops over risotto . When the server asked I said it was a little bit salty but I would eat it . She came back and said it was the bone marrow . If you like to eat at all you know that bone marrow is not salty by itself , I politely told her that. In a minute the chef came out, who we have meet before and said that he heard that we were compaining , I said no, but when asked about the meal I was honest. He took our plates in a huff and less that five minutes the new plates were delivered by him. He stated he left the cheese out and on a separate plate . He had a little attitude . I understand the scallops being done so quick but the risotto was dry and not creamy. We left most of the new meal , paid and check and left.
Since we r locals we have tried our best to support the small family restaurants . We will not be back
Celebrated our anniversary that evening and they surprised us with champagne! Food was excellent! My wife had fries oysters over goat cheese and pan seared scallops over risotto with cheese and bone marrow. I had a great shrimp cocktail with a fresh horseradish sauce and Oso bucco over spatzel. Could be the best I’ve ever had. Fantastic evening . Great ambience and superior service.
Our reservation was for a birthday celebration. The restaurant had a $25 corkage fee which enabled us to bring a special bottle of wine to have with our dinner. We started off with an extra dry Grey Goose martini and a split of champagne but not sure why they charged $1 for an extra dry martini. We shared a foie gras appetizer which was delicious. We each had steaks for our entrees and appreciated Andrew, our waiter, on his recommendations for the steak toppings. Andrew brought us each a grilled fillet migon but quickly replaced the one filet with a 14oz rib eye which was what we had ordered. We ended our meal with a limoncello and double espresso to go with our bread pudding and chocolate cake but only wish Andrew had let us know in advance of the complimentary birthday dessert as we wouldn't have also ordered dessert.
We were seated immediately by the head waiter.
The owner came over and chatted & our waitress was friendly and informative .
We ordered. Split the escargot (best we have ever had) Chef came out and spoke to us about a side salad that my husband ordered with toppings.
The food was outstandingly delicious! Expensive, but worth every penny.
We highly recommend this Restaurant & Lounge.
