About

Come enjoy authentic Nepalese cuisine from owner/chef Prem Tamang, who hails from Tekanpur, Nepal, which is wedged between India to the south and Tibet to the north. The dishes from the Indian plains and the exotic specialties of the high Himalayas influence Nepali cuisine. Prem is a former lead guide for trekking and climbing expeditions in Nepal. Along the way, he developed a culinary passion. He now shares the sumptuous flavors of his homeland such as Chicken Cashew Cream Curry, Traditional Lamb or Chicken Curry, Kebabs from the Clay Oven, Sizzling Platters, Steamed Dumplings and BBQ Chicken or Lamb. Vegetarians love Prem's Butternut Squash, Tofu, Vegetable Curries and Naan. The perfect ending to your meal is Prem's rice pudding or donut holes in light saffron syrup. Come share Prem's passion, heritage and deliciously original menu!

The dumpling starter was outstanding. My main dish was one of the restaurant's specialities, chicken in a curry sauce along with some other items, and served as a 'combo'. The sauce was delicious, the combo items also very good. The chicken might have been a little overdone...it did not have a lot of flavor, but mooshed around with the sauce it was fine. I would definitely go back.

Pretty good food, tastes authentic (I’ve spent time in Nepal) but with a heavier indian influence. I wanted traditional dal baht and it was served with naan, not Nepalese papad. The lentils were ok. The wine selection is pretty good. Service was excellent. My only gripe about the restaurant is how cold it was. It felt like the Himalayas, haha. My husband and I had to keep our jackets on when we were there because it was so cold.
