   Cuisine and Wine Bistro has been our go-to place for authentic French and European cooking for years. Something happened at our last visit May 2, 2025. We had a booking, but still had to go "table fishing" to find a suitable seat. The escargot starter was missing something. I think the garlic may have been reduced to mollify American palates. Sad. The duck confit was bland. Served on a pile of somewhat greasy potato cubes that looked similar to something I had at a breakfast place the next morning. Dessert better. Pricing has moved up with the local economy. The value at Cuisine and Wine Bistro is going negative. Next visit may be a while.

   Killian and staff provide consistent 5 star experience in all categories. We appreciate the effort so much. C & WB is our go to in Chandler.

   First time here. Very nice place. Server was first class. Great cocktails. Nice choice of entrees. Appetizer was delicious, tomato tart. I had the halibut, it was very slightly overcooked and a little dry, but fresh. Good choice of wine. We went early so was not full. Started to fill up around 6 and atmosphere improved. Will return to try the other entrees!

   Quiet evening with spouse. Food was excellent, service OK. Price for quality of food seemed reasonable.
