   Arrived at 645PM on Saturdayu 10 May. Was greeted by a sign "seat yourself". We were a party of 4 Wife, daughter and 9 year old grandson. We selected the first table on right closest to the stage since Ms. Quezada was performing that evening. No one came to our table, after 25 mins a tall lady finally came by and asked if everything was alright? I said no, and informe here that no one had come to our table after 25 mins. She apologized and offered free appetizers, I declined just wanted a waitress. She waived a young lady over who took our drink and appetizer orders. They arrived in a timely manner and took our food order. Grandson had wings as appetizer and he liked them. Food arrived in a timely manner, My order was Ok, Med sampler chicken, some rolled up ground beef and pita bread. Wife had a Salmon that was also Ok, daughter had some burrito looking thing and liked it. Problem was that no one ever came back to our table. We left at 830 PM. Had to go to the bar and ask for my bill. Paid let the performer know that we were leaving due to being ignored all night. Apparently she told Manager/owner, he asked me to let him try and make it up, I declined my evening had been ruined. Place was about 75 percent full, so do not understand why we were ignored all night. If I live to be 200 years old I will not go back. Perhaps the problem was that we chose the wrong table? Maybe....

   Food and drinks were a bit too pricy considering what was on the menu. The Long Island was abysmal. Flatbread Appetizer is enough for a meal for two. Didn’t get to try the hookah, but seemed very popular.

   This place was great. The service by the manager was amazing. He was very attentive and the drinks and food were great. Overall a great experience and will absolutely return.

   The manager was our server and he was as attentive as he could be. It was quite busy as it was Friday night. The music was way too loud, it was difficult to have a conversation. The food was a bit overcooked, but the flavor was terrific. We will go back and give it another try.

   Food is just ok-service leaves a lot to be desired! Wait staff should be more knowledgeable about the bar offerings and the menu. Won’t be coming back-not worth the trip!

   My husband and I had an amazing time at Cuisine 76, celebrating our wedding with friends/family. We’ve been to the restaurant a few times for date night and it’s always great service and good food. Our friends weren’t familiar with this restaurant but are now planning to visit on their own. The owner is always friendly and working the floor as well. Positive team.

   I always enjoy coming here for a nice, intimate setting with delicious food and drinks! While it's cold, the indoor seating and ambience is perfect for date night or even just grabbing drinks with the girls. The patio is beautiful at night with plenty of outdoor seating and hookah available. The hummus is made in-house and is the BEST I've had in Jacksonville. Whipped and creamy, their hummus is always my first appetizer order. Their Turkish coffee is just the kick I need to pick me up after a long day at work. This is by far one of my favorite five points restaurants with some of the friendliest staff! Charbel always makes us feel like family and his smile is infectious!
