Service was wonderful. Food was outstanding. My wife and I had a lovely experience. Both fun and professional. We felt like family. Thank you for a great experience.
My friend and I found this restaurant when we were in town for Rootstech in February and thought it was excellent! I took my husband there the next week and we just went back this weekend when we were in town again. Every time it has been absolutely delicious! I highly recommend! Service and food is topnotch!
Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our server Valerie‘s suggestions were spot on. We will go back again and again.
Once again CT did not disappoint for great food and service. The noise level is more than a little loud; I wish they would do something to help keep it to a roar.
Service was great. Slower paced, Italian style. Food was decent, kind of overpriced. Would eat here again.
Good Italian food in SLC is rare. Cucina Toscana gets pretty close to it. Food was excellent and service extraordinary. Ambience is a bit lacking, for the price.
The food was decent Italian but the ceaser salad wasn’t as good as it used to be and it was unfortunate that we had to send a dish back the chicken Parmesan was burnt that I thought they brought out the wrong dish I actually through it was steak instead.
We always enjoy our experience at Cucina Tuscano. Margarita always takes care of us along with her help. The food is cooked to perfection and you can tell their recipes are made from scratch. We are always greeted by others staff in the restaurant who recognize our faces as well. Hands down the BEST Italian food in Utah!
Usually good, tonight was a bad night for them, service was poor. The food wasn’t up to it’s usual high quality. This place will be in time out for a while. I hope it will be better next time
Our food was excellent. We have been to Cucina Toscana numerous times, and they never disappoint.
Delicious food. Wonderful personalized service. I would recommend to everyone.
Delicious, fresh pasta.
In a nutshell: Bad service, mediocre food and high prices. Everything was wrong with this restaurant. they did say the "system" was down but not exactly sure how that impacted anything.
Service slow. Clearly needed more waiter/waitress help. Then register broke down and waitress refused to do a manual order even tho another one offered table next to us a manual order. Food and drinks worth the wait, however. Will def return
Awesome service! The food was delicious and we never felt rushed. Everything came out of the kitchen in a timely manner that allowed us to talk enough time between servings.
Good food and great ambiance. Helpful lively waiter (Flo) and would recommend to any one
Everything was perfect. Our out-of-town visitors were very impressed. If you don't want to take chances in making a good first impression, you can't go wrong with Cucina Toscana.
From the minute we walked in the door, everything at Cucina Toscana was lovely. We were celebrating my husband's retirement with our family of seven adults, and though the meal was pricey (because we did everything from drinks to appetizers, to coffee and dessert), it was not only tasty at the time but will be a wonderful memory. The duck with fig sauce is outstanding. The seafood pasta has a lovely wine infused spaghetti. The specials all sounded delicious. The service was appropriately attentive. It's a great place for a special meal.
I haven’t eaten there for 12 years since moving to the east coast and had high expectations given the fabulous food I had eaten previously. First off the service was great, no issues there. The caprese salad with prosciutto was good, but the tomatoes were not ripe enough given that it was the first week in September. My wife’s risotto was delicious but way too salty. My chicken saltumbucca (Misspelled) was “okay” and not as delicious as I remember. Green beans were undercooked..
Truly unbelievably delicious food! Our waitress Flo was fantastic as well. My favorite was the pasta with white truffle sauce, incredible!
Had dinner here before a concert nearby. Server was conscious of our time requirements and made sure we were served promptly and out by the time we had mentioned.
Food was excellent, well presented, served at appropriate temperature and the server made appropriate wine pairing suggestions.
Tables are fairly close together and hard surface floor makes for a higher noise level but not nearly as loud as some other places. You could actually carry on a conversation with your dining partner.
Would certainly recommend this restaurant if you're in Salt Lake City and looking for a nice place to dine.
It took a long long time to get our entrees. It is nice not to be rushed, but we arrived at 6:00 and did not receive our entrees until 7:00. We each had a salad also.
The homemade pasta was out of this world! How do they get ravioli pasta so thin you can see through it? The lasagne bolognase was out of this world (says my very Italian husband), and the cheese sampler was a true delight. The manager checked on us often, and our server treated us like royalty. It was wonderful!
Old school traditional Italian food! Just simply great!
I had their special, porcini risotto and it was wonderful. My husband had the chicken picatta and was very happy with it as well. I strongly suggest ordering the burrata appetizer which was out of this world! Excellent Italian food in a cool atmosphere.
The best Italian restaurant in SLC!
We had a great dinner, good conversation with all those serving, even the Manager. The food was very good. They seemed short on “true” pasta dishes. Maybe it is just me, but is would be very nice to have a pasta be a side when ordering a meat, fish or chicken dish. Alfredo was obviously missing.
Great restaurant, very pleased. I brought a group of seven and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
Cucina Toscana was and is amazing and I will definitely be returning soon. My date and I really enjoyed everything from the layout of the restaurant to the amazing service. The food was delightful and every bite brought another burst of flavor. Highly recommended!
Real Italian food how it should be, great authentic lasagna and many other great dishes, to me the best restaurant in Salt Lake City
My wife and I eat here every year while I am in SLC on business, and it's always a pleasure. We have friends coming to town next month and have recommended the restaurant to them as well. Bon Appetite!
Excellent authentic Italian menu. Extremely friendly and attentive staff
Absolutely loved Cucina Toscana. Therapeutic dinner experience. Will be back.
While the food was good, it wasn’t worth the price. Left feeling disappointed. The manager’s customer service was excellent.
The food is delicious!!!
This was a business dinner. The food and service were truly exceptional! However, if I were paying myself I would likely select a less expensive option. It was $200 for two people. We had a bottle of Pellegrino water, an appetizer, a pasta plate for two people to share, and two entrees. Again, the food and service were top notch!
Our food was delicious. Great service. Nice ambiance. Very nice
A perfect evening, service impeccable and food outstanding.
