Was a busy day in NYC. Our server was great. Our meal was great and cooked the we liked it.
Although we may have misunderstood the lunch options with fixed pricing of $39.99 we were charged for an up charge for Salmon and soup for another $10 at $49.99. The menu price is not clear so my advise is to make it more clearer so your customers are not wondering when we get the check.
Overall good experience for the family.
It took a long time to get our food. Normally, because it’s the Holiday Season, I wouldn’t think much about that. However, with the exception of the delicious fried calamari appetizer, our food was grossly over cooked. I’m inclined to think they had forgotten about our food.
Decent place for lunch at Rockefeller Center. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Food was very good. Cheesecake was excellent.
Server added a 20% gratuity to our bill without an explanation
Our table for 10 was ready when we arrived at Cucina and Co. Great location after the Radio City Christmas show; we walked under ground to the restaurant. Everyone was courteous and pleasant.
What a great dining experience. The only negative is that it can be loud. Beyond that, everything was amazing from food to service. We’ll be back again.
The food was edible, but nothing special. The burger and steak sandwich weren't very good.
The service was amazing and food was excellent! It’s crowded, loud and not private by any means.
Great food, location and service! Will definitely go again!
Great to have avreservation at this crowded venue
Christmas with grandchildren in New York New York
Great place to grab dinner after seeing The Tree
Our waiter was very nice. Food was delicious. The restaurant was difficult for us to find. We are from Virginia and didn’t know how to work the center it’s in.
Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. Everyone we talked to was so nice and cheerful. Great experience.
The portion size of turkey dinner for the $30 paid was disappointing. Food was not hot. Sat in a corner. Our server was attentive. I’d advise getting take out options offered from deli/cafe rather than dining in. We were hungry when we left and disappointed for having to pay for a meal that didn’t meet expectations.
Great food and great service for a “tourist” kind of location.
Great food, great service. We got there 45 minutes before our reservation and we’re able to be seated in 10 minutes. Hostess and servers were all very friendly.
Great food and service. We chose this restaurant because they took reservations and we had a show to get to. Very helpful!
This was my 2nd time eating here, the first time somebody else picked up the check. Waitress seemed really bored. The salmon was OK but very small piece. It was over some horrible vegetable that I never ate before. Couldn't chew it it was so undercooked. Will not go back.
I am a regular and the experience lived up to my expectations
Cucina offers a great alternative as the least formal and least expensive of Rock Center's sit down restaurants. The value is excellent with food, service, etc. all excellent.
It was great place to meet frineds at lunch. The service is fast, the good was great. Nothing beats the location. If you love the city vibe this is it.
The salad with shrimp was delicious!
The cheeseburger pattie was dry
Lunch time spot quick food service and lunch food
The hostess was a bit overwhelmed, which is understandable given the fact that it’s the holidays and there’s probably more people than normal in the restaurant. But our server, David M, was PHENOMENAL! He was quick and thoughtful, an all around amazing server. Thank you for making our experience amazing!!
place is good but only that
Table was ready when we got there. Service took a long time. Server was pleasant but was either too busy or inattentive. Food was low quality for the price. 20.00 for small bowl pasta kids meal is ridiculous. Pasta dish tasted like ragu and penne. Just so so. Would book elsewhere next time.
I was thankful we made a reservation as there was a line when we arrived. We were seated within a few minutes. Tables were close together and the atmosphere was buzzing with activity, lots of noise, but not so loud that you couldn't hear each other talking. Service was excellent, food was great, pricey but to be expected for the location. Restaurant was set in what felt like a mall. Lower level of Rockefeller Center. Across the "mall" was open seating for people to watch the skaters.
I made reservations for after the show at RCMH. We were seated fairly quickly but our table was outside the main dining area in the concourse. It was very busy and noisy. On a positive note, the food was very good and prepared quickly. There was a price fix menu ($36 for app, entree & dessert). Overall a good value for NYC in a touristy section.
Girls Xmas Gift weekend ❤️
Worked out GREAT for our family after the Rockettes. Perfect for kids and adults. Our waitress was VERY good. Wanted to be by “the tree” so location was very good.
Very attentive and polite waitstaff. Just OK food. I get it that they are just churning it out to the masses. It is easy to get in and out, even on a crowded day.
Cucina & Co. is always a part of our holiday experience in NYC. Great for families with young children.
Reasonably priced compared to the other restaurants around. It's in the underground concourse at Rockefeller center so can be a little noisy, especially around the holidays. The food was delicious. The white cranberry cosmo cocktail was so delicious we both ended up ordering another.
Service was great. We were a very large party with several kids. They were prepared and patient throughout. Good selections for the kids and great salad and apps for the adults.
We booked for Christmas dinner and we were very disappointed. The turkey dinner meal was served with vegetables that were gone bad - we alerted the waitress and she brought some other vegetable. We were not given new dinner plates and the spoilt vegetables remained there whilst we tried to navigate around it to get to the turkey. The manager did not come to see us or apologize or as a courtesy not charge us and our Christmas dinner was ruined.
It was Christmas so we expected the restaurant to be busy. We were seated right away. Waiter did not get our order 100% right but we worked around it. Waited probably 30 minutes to get our credit card back when we paid our bill. Our waiter disappeared for over 30 minutes. Really got worried about where it was during that time. The other table next two us with two young boys waited about 39 minutes or so before someone even came to their table.
Lovely very busy. Pleasant staff. Good food
We are a Family of five who had Christmas lunch there (3 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 14). The service was excellent and food was very tasty. We recommend it for Christmas lunch for your family
