We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Reddit has them mentioned as a great spot for pizza. We started with cocktails, I had the peach mojito and my husband had a West Coast IPA. We went with our servers recommendations and starred with the potstickers. They were so tasty. Then we had the Sicilian pizza and it was really delicious. Highly recommend this place!!

First, my reservation made through Open Table was set for 11:00AM. When I went to modify it to add another person I find out that the place doesn't even open until noon. That would have been VERY embarrassing given this was a business lunch. We arrive and they had nothing ready to seat us but no big deal, it was empty since they had just opened. Our server was obviously very new to the job which has no bearing on this, everyone is new at some point. We ordered appetizers which came out quickly and were actually good. After ordering lunch we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a pizza came to the table, one of about five items ordered and sat there. No plates, no other food. At least 20 minutes go by before i had to speak up and express the embarrassment this was causing since I had selected this restaurant. I was told that there was only one person working the kitchen. NOT MY PROBLEM! You knew you had a party of seven coming in. If you can't handle it DON'T TAKE THE RESERVATION! After complaining, another pizza came out about five minutes later, then a burger a few minutes later, then another. All in all our lunch, which took over two hours to complete ended up making us late for our 2:00 appointment. The pizza was not bad, the burgers were about a 2 on a 10 scale. This experience was so ridiculous I thought I was being pranked. Overall I would never return here, even for a free all you can eat and drink!

Crust & Roux is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly service, stellar beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bite is their Bulgogi Beef Pizza. We recommend Crust & Roux.
