Went for a standard dinner. Service was slow but not many people at the restaurant. 1.5 hours from sitting down to eating. Lots of excuses but no offers to make anything better. My wife ordered pizza, chicken with bacon. No bacon, only cheese and chicken. Server forget drinks three times in a row. Don’t think I will be returning. 180.00 for a crappy dinner is a joke.

We waited 45 minutes with no service! They had no glassware clean so couldn't even bring a glass of water to the table. Sat outside in the cold despite having made a reservation and 3 times we asked for the table heater to be turned on but no one came who seemed to know how to do it. Looked like the kitchen staff were fighting at the pizza oven and the rest of the wait staff were untrained and completely overwhelmed. Every table around us was complaining and there was no manager to be found. He or she had completely abandoned the staff! We left having eaten nothing and my daughter's birthday dinner was ruined.

The food is good, staff were friendly. However, many appear to be quite inexperienced. We had a reservation, but they failed to reserve a table for us inside, insisting that reservations apply for both indoor ou outdoor unless you specified in advance. This is contrary to their own site. Only after we pressed did they accommodate, though it should be noted that they did so pleasantly.

I made a reservation and when we arrived the only table available was outside. And it was cold. She said she would seat us by a heater but there wasn’t a table available near one. Service was slow. My food was cold. It tasted good but was cold. We were in a rush to get to an event at TD Place so we had to rush eating. We arrived in plenty of time but everything was so slow.

Horrible service. Made a reservation months ago. When we arrived were told they had overbooked and that we would need to sit outside. Weather was so so which made it very unpleasant. Tables are made of concrete. Having you warm dinner served on cold concrete. Poor choice of table material. Service was subpar as well. Would not go back. Other places within Landsdowne to enjoy.

It was good overall. Severely understaffed, which is expected coming out of Covid. The staff did their best to keep up, and were pleasant overall. Appies were delicious - egg rolls and fish tacos. Pizzas were ok, just too much cheese for such a thin crust, and too heavy toward the centre which meant you can't pick up a slice. Cocktails were wonderful, they use quality spirits and fresh fruits where applicable. Will return, just not for the pizzas.

Food was great service was horrible! Never checked on us I had to go to the bar to get refills on our drinks and even then it came 25 mins later. Waited 20 mins for our check he slapped it on the table and left. Very rude. I get they are busy and we were very understanding at first. But that’s no reason to be rude.

Fun atmosphere, lots of options on the menu. We did not LOVE our meals, but not because there was anything wrong, we feel like we just didn’t order wisely. Staff was fabulous, I would definitely go again if I was in the area.

Our waitress was very personable and helpful. The hot chocolate chip cookie a la mode is the best value shared dessert treat in the city. It will bring us back again and again. Menu selection is great. The shrimp skillet was a big hit.

Overall it was a good experience. My rating justification is because it took a little long to get food (we had young kids with us) and it was SO hot upstairs because you are sitting over the pizza oven. But overall the food is really good and we’ll definitely go back

I made a reservation but we were still seated beside the bar at a high table with stools. A waiter helped us move to a booth but the hostess didn't seem to care. Not a good first impression. Food was okay but not in a rush to go back.

Service was very good, Covid protocol was followed and the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed the boomin' halloumi as an appetizer, it was plenty for the 3 of us. The other shared plates also looked creative and tasty. For the main we all opted for pizza and we were all very satisfied with our choice. From the first bite it was obvious Crate and Crust uses very good ingredients be it meats, veggies or herbs, this is how they have chosen to separate from the competition. The unique individual pizza's are plentiful, well crafted and satisfying. This is a restaurant akin to a toned down road house with an upscale menu, quality food at reasonable prices , you will appreciate.

The food is great and the ambience inside is really cool! Good craft beer selection too. The beer on draft seems a bit pricey, but they serve proper full-sized pints so it makes sense after receiving the order.

We had a pleasant evening at Crust&Crate Landsdowne. Wood-oven pizzas were fresh and tasty (the cheese could have been grilled a tad more). Two vegetarian choices were available and some other could be adapted. Pizzas + side are also good value considering the quality. Two comments on the wine: 1) the red wine was too warm -- essentially room temperature rather than 15-16 degrees; 2) The wine selection is a bit weak on Canadian options -- come on, Ontario already has plenty of wonderful wines!

Had Jay’s jerk pizza. It was tasty but too soggy. I would not have it again. My partner had a chicken/bacon pizza and he enjoyed his better but it lacked a bit of seasoning. The molten lava cake was huge and definitely best to share. Tasted quite good too. The beer was from a local microbrewery and it was great.

The food on the Tropikal menu was very good and the cocktails were all excellent, my fav was the rum punch. The TV's can be distracting if you're not there to watch the game. We are looking forward to going back again for the food and drink.

Overall food was good but service was disappointing. All Food showed up late at the same time appetizers and main. It also showed up after 2 other tables that ordered after us. Server confused drink orders twice for my gf and never came back to follow up. I only had one beer because she never came Back.
