Made a “reservation” for Easter Sunday 4:00 to take my wife to dinner, only to arrive there to find a sign on the door saying they were closing at 4:00 so their employees could spend time with their families! That’s fine and noble of you to care about your employees and I’m all for that. BUT, why did you allow me to make a reservation for 4:00 when you knew you were closing at 4:00! Huge disappointment, as then I had to scramble to find somewhere else! Wasn’t happy about that!

Both of our pizzas crusts were crispy on the outside edges and soggy the rest of the way.

Our waitress had a snarky response more than once when we asked a question. Food was ok, nothing great. We were one of two tables occupied, with plenty of staff standing around. Our waitress didn’t bother to clear the finished appetizer plates, so we had no room to eat our dinner. I finally cleared the excess, and placed it on an empty table, where it sat for 20 minutes. My husband had the Taco pizza, and they served it with a little packet of hot sauce like Taco Bell. We really wanted to like this place, but we won’t be back.

First visit to Crust & Craft (located in Thomas Crossroads Kroger plaza) and will be back! I've eaten in every restaurant that has ever been in that location and it's been fun watching the transformations with each. Tonight was karaoke night night. It was not loud at all so everyone could enjoy their meal. What did we eat? For a starter we had the JALAPEÑO POPPERS for $10 ot was cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon and cheddar cheese wrapped in dough and deep fried. served with ranch. Quite yummy! The pizza >>>> THE HEAVYWEIGHT $17 It was mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, ground beef and bacon. Very good! The service was fast despite being a Saturday night. Everyone seemed to enjoy their visit as I was. I didn't get to enjoy a beer but they had a nice selection. Check out their lunch special in the photos! Great deal! I will be back!
