   First time at Crudo’s and it was amazing. My husband and I really enjoyed every bit of it from service to the bottle of wine, shareable plate to our dinner. Outstanding!! Maria C.

   At the last minute, I realized I had a commitment and we could not dine in, but choose to take out our dinner. The staff was very accommodating and efficient. While waiting, the bar staff was engaging and offered a sample of "really good tequila" after I inquired about a customer's ba drink. He was lively, interesting, educated, and I learned more than I thought possible about tequila and authenticity. While I do not drink, the experience of one sip of really good tequila was exceptional. Our home dining was delicious and I was able to join the call I had scheduled.

   First time at CRUDO. Very well done. Sushi appetizers and the Boar Ragu were notable.

   My wife made a reservation for us and another couple to celebrate my birthday. What a surprise! Crudo was amazing! Brian, the owner greeted us upon arrival and we could tell immediately he was involved in every aspect of the operation. Our waiter was Graham, who was on point in every way. He made great recommendations and I think we ate and drank everything on the menu except the entrees, The presentation of the drinks and food was some of the best we have ever seen, with a taste to match. We had an absolutely wonderful time. If you are in the Bluffton area, you would be wise to give Crudo a try. We will be back for sure.

   Unseasoned crudo, extremely poorly sliced fish for crudo and nigiri, average sushi rolls, overcooked potato-wrapped fish, truffled mash was gummy and the truffle oil is overwhelming, and poor quality shrimp. The bao buns were the only standout. Service is non-existent.

   There is some thought put into the menu. It execution is not quite there. Upon mentioning that tuna was very salty, it was not recognized in any practical way.

    We had never been to CRUDO before and wow what an amazing experience. I went with my husband and daughter and we all enjoyed our meals very much. From the appetizers to dessert everything was outstanding. Brian, the owner, is amazing and our waiter, Grant, was outstanding. We will absolutely be going again and sending our friends there also.
