CRUDO Bluffton

For the inaugural tasting menu, Crudo will be doing a deep dive into the cuisine native to the isle of Sicily off the coast of Italy. Cuisine will take inspiration from multiple points in Sicily's complex history, featuring dishes like Arancini, Sfincione, and Calamari Ripieni. All courses will have a perfectly paired beverage including Sicilian wines, spirits, and cocktails, including Black Manhattans, Nero d'Avola, and Limoncello.

As the concept of an Omakase comes from Japan, Crudo looks to the northernmost island prefecture of Hokkaido for its second tasting menu. The menu will feature varied aspects to reflect Hokkaido's culinary diversity, from their signature style of butter, to Jingisukan style lamb. Dishes will be paired with sake, cocktails, and beers native to the island.
