Crown Republic Gastropub is the place where rustic New American fare meets made from scratch cooking with heart. Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. I love crown republic but for some reason the food and drink refills were really slow today , we were also charged for a mistake order .

We had the spinach and bolognese rotolo and both were amazing. All staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

My food was excellent though my guest did not enjoy her food as much but probably not the restaurant's fault. The service was excellent. The one problem is the noise level. It is not "energetic" , it is just down right noisy--to the point that people have to yell to have conversations. There are nothing but hard surfaces in the restaurant--the restaurant really needs something to absorb some sounds. It's a shame because the food and service is really good.

Came here to have brunch with fellow business professionals. We had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend getting the morrocan smoked wings, they were amazing. I got the business special entree and wasnt a fan of the pork belly bacon as i like crispy bacon. I will definitely be going back!

Everything was great and Joseph was also fantastic. Highly recommend him as a server. Crown is one of our go to restaurants whenever we want to eat out downtown.

A great brunch menu available Saturdays and Sundays. A large variety of options that were all delicious. I had the burrito and it was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Get the mimosa flight!
