   Great views and ambience. The appetizers are top notch. I felt the server would tend to get a little busy but when he could come around was very personable. As far as the main meal, in my opinion, our steaks were a little tough. I guess I expected that melts in your mouth steak. You definitely need one of the sauces to loosen up the medium rare steak. I would return but choose a different protein. I appreciate the greeting of the cocktail at the door but the porter directed us to the wrong floor and blamed us for getting off. It was the first time at this venue for us so we didn’t know the layout, now I know. All in all it was a good night, we appreciated the hospitality.

   Everything went perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive to our needs. We will be back.

   We were able to make a last minute reservation at 7pm on Mother's day!! The views were amazing! Service was great. Food was delicious.

   We visited Crown Block brunch for Mothers Day and overall it was very underwhelming. The service was not up to par and the staff was less than helpful. The food was good and the options were plentiful but the normal brunch price was $20 higher per person. We also experienced issues at the sushi bar and craving stations regarding preparations and standard dishes/ modifications unable to be fulfilled.

   Asparagus and calamari was good. Had to send steak back it was overcooked. I also notice an ant on the table near my to go bag. Very nice ambiance though.

   Overall, our experience was pretty good. Our server was attentive and very friendly. There was just one problem. As families went back and forth to the buffet, they would come back to other people sitting at their table. It happened to ours as well. Easy mistake however people were leaving their food, drinks and belongings at the table only to find a stranger there when they returned. I made a suggestion, perhaps each table could have a name card on it that identifies the reservation party or to be discreet, maybe different landmarks in Dallas. Anything to help the party identify their table. I suggested this to a young lady to came by to check in on everyone. She didn’t seem as receptive however hopefully someone takes this in consideration.

    I would like to say it was best knowledge by a server for a restaurant and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the skills of the menu and we had steak and salmon steak and fee sides and I had old fashioned drink and my friend some special drink and then rum and coke and then I would like to say it was very nice to be up there again and but it’s not the same not rotating the ball and crown block isn’t that bad and but they add 18% grauntiy and steak is not very filling for 8oz steak and salmon steak is not something I would recommend to a women and I get you up there during the experience for the views and she was getting sick from the view I guess and maybe it’s time it was for the bill after while hahahah and but it’s not something I would be able to host a party here sorry and I can’t do that and it’s was not cool to add 18% tip to the bill even for a two top and we ending up spending $400.00 and if it wasn’t for the tip and I would tip and but they don’t do separate checks at all is not cool and they have elevator that’s slow as turtle and especially when you wanna you can’t go back up after the open and so my friend went down and she couldn’t go up to the restaurant! the food was that bad and I would go for brunch see how it goes and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the dinner if it wasn’t 18 tip add to the bill! Thanks so much for this amazing views and dinner and I would definitely be back and see you soon. The customer service on the phone was ridiculous and they will not answer the phone calls and it just some AI stuff and when you tried to speak a manager or staff member you get a voicemail and not cool at all and I was try to call you days before the reservations and etc… thanks not cool
