   We brought seven youth that we teach through UpRise programs with and they thoroughly enjoyed the day. If like to perhaps do it again one day. I wish I had known about the game cards and exchange for food because we would’ve eaten first and play the games.

   What a great time we had celebrating New Year's Eve at The Summit. Our server handled our big group like a pro. I would certainly recommend it.

   We came in at what I believe was shift change, our server was very flustered and all over the place. The food was good, HUGE portion sizes so definitely order accordingly. Overall we enjoyed the restaurant, wish we would have came a little bit later so we could have had more of our waiters time and attention.

   Lost my reservation. Pretzels and queso are good. Chips bland. Burgers dripped major grease and completely soaked the bun like the bread was dipped in soup. Pesto was spicy. Cheese curds were hard breading with hard, dry cheese morsels. Meals came out in waves with one guest waiting 15 minutes even though there were only 3 other tables with a couple of people.

   Horrible experience! Staff has no clue about open table reservations. Waited over 10 minutes for a server. No one came so we left.

    We looked at the menu online and the food looked great. Making the reservation via online was a nice. We got to the restaurant and the employees were not friendly. Our waitress was nice but it took her forever to bring our drinks, and then then a long time to come take our order. The other wait staff were actually rude to me when I went to ask for some assistance. When our food finally came it was not good at all! My son's Mac and cheese was not cooked all the way and was hard to eat, my blue cheese burger was burnt and hand the tiniest amount of blue cheese on it and not much else to add flavor. Needed some type of sauce. My boyfriend's onion rings were terrible, and his burger was just ok. High prices. Crappy food, and rude staff made for a crappy experience. 😒

    Our food was trash! The food runner spilt my husbands food on the tray and still tried to serve it to him. The actual server didn’t know anything about it until we told her.

    The website drew me in along with the menu. I thought it would be a normal tavern experience with somewhat fresh food. I was mistaken. The food is that typical of a chain restaurant. The nachos, although looked and sounded good were similar to a gas stations. None of it fresh. The Bavarian pretzel was good, we ordered all apps, $100 worth, we left most of it on the table. Even the kids wouldn’t eat most of it. The $30 shareable app plate (one of the options we ordered) was supposed to come with Egg rolls, upon delivery, half of the plate showed up. I had to remind the server about the Buffalo wings(which he retrieved) but the egg rolls were not available (nationwide apparently) would’ve been nice to know. Braiden was our server, I believe it was his first time. He did as well as he could’ve. He basically had the whole floor. The manager was apologetic about the missing apps and really did try to make up for it. I think they did a great job connecting with us and really showing that they at least cared. He provided some game cards for the kids. Overall, the food was awful(minus the pretzel) the service was mediocre, but probably better on other days. I think Braiden was just a little overwhelmed, but with experience, that aspect will improve. For what it is.. it’s probably ok. For what I wanted and what they are perceived as, I wouldn’t go back. The arcade portion was fun. Laser tag was awesome. Kids enjoyed it.

    Food was ok, though pizza was burnt on the bottom and burger was overdone. We reserved through Open Table, but the host couldn’t find our reservation at first, so we stood at the desk for about 10 minutes waiting. Once we sat down, it took 25 minutes before a server came to the tables. They took our drink order, which took another 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Almost 40 minutes from ordering food to receiving our food, and another 5 minutes to get plates and silverware. In all, it took us over 2 hours for a pizza, hamburger, and kids meal. Very loud as people were playing catch (as in throwing/catching balls) in the walkway between the tables.

    Decent food. Can't complain about it. Not many options for food though. Initial host was moderate. Waitress was above average and enjoyable. Young employees didn't seem very professional or even interested in performing to even the most basic standards. I would eat here again but I don't expect anything better than a dive bar type service.

    Celebrated my 13-year-old‘s birthday. The service was friendly and attentive. The pizza was subpar. It had a super thick bread like crust with minimal sauce and hardly any cheese. Will not order that again. Menu is overall pretty pricey for what you get. It’s a fun place though. Kids love the arcade, laser tag, and bowling.

    The pizza was dry and burnt. The wings were even worse and tasted horrible. Couldn’t tell if it was the chicken or the sauce. Either way for the price I should have enjoyed my meal and I did not.

    Waitress was not a good waitress.Didnt engage with people we were with.Left us for 45 minutes without returning to get our food order after bring one round of drinks .Had to get the host to look for her. The food was par for being expensive. Not surprised though
