It was quite chilly when we arrived as the doors were open on both sides of the building and no heating, but we closed the doors neatest us and as the place got busy it warmed up! Our order was taken, but we had to wait around 20 + mins to be served. The food was beautifully presented and really good! I ordered a coffee which arrived in a huge cup (much bigger than normal coffee cups) and I took one sip and had to return it - it tasted chemical and honestly, like instant coffee - which was disappointing. However the staff were very kind and did not charge me for it.

Excellent home cooked food just off A40 near Ross on Wye. Good service too Table however was in an awkward position facing a wall? Lots of other options free whilst we were there, really was sat in the naughty corner?

Best pub food we've had in a long time. Will definitely be returning when we visit that part of the country again. Play area for the kids was great too, they didn't want to leave!

Awful. No way this is a Gastro pub from the moment u walk through the door you are confronted by a dog in a bed and a stale smell Wished we had not booked

Food was lovely.. staff were very pleasant. Served quickly and food came out quick. All in all we had a lovely lunch and will come back again. Not just a standard roast.. presentation was lovely also.

Had a lovely valentine's evening meal. Service was amazing nothing seemed too much hassle. Even though a busy evening staff were very accommodating. Food was very nice, sweet and sticky pork bites were amazing. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to making another reservation to try the regular menu.

It was our first visit here and the food was beautiful, the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. The cost of the dinner reflected in the quality of the food.
