The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I can make is having an extra person at the ordering counter during busy times as it was extremely busy at around 6 pm and there was a long queue waiting to order.

We were coming to the Cross Keys regularly for family birthdays. We won’t be returning. The service we received from a staff member Nina was appalling. She couldn’t even bring our food to each of at the table. She just pushed it onto the end of the table without engaging with us at all. She knocked a handbag off one of our chairs and then again later knocked into one of our chairs. When we chased up the dessert that we hadn’t received then debated with us whether we had ordered it all. When she reluctantly handed it over she slammed the fridge door and glared at us. She clearly wasn’t happy to be at work. We understand it’s a pub and service probably isn’t a priority but it impacted our dinner and we couldn’t have got out of there quick enough. There are a plethora of choice of pubs in the area and that is where we will be spending our money in the future - not the Cross Keys.

Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would recommend friends to go to Cross Key Hotel for a meal.

There were 4 of us. 2 had entree of vegetarian spring rolls, main meals were 1 had garlic prawns, 1 fish & chips, 1 Lamb shank and 1 Lamb fry and 2 had chocolate mousse. We all found the food was delicious and we will be returning.

Great staff and good priced meals,even though there was a party of 30 there they still got the meals out in good time.Great choice of meals for seniors as well,plenty of parking

Service and food has always been great! Using open table booking is easy and very reliable. Once we place an order, it's served within 10 to 15 mins.
