We enjoyed the food. My daughter did order a burger and asked for it medium well and just cheese and no other items. When It came it was more on the rear side. Then they bought it back cooked but added lettuce, onions, etc. The third time they got it right. However, they did the right thing and they were really good about it and did not charge and did not charge for her drink as well.

The interior space is quite nice. The hostess was quite personable and efficient. Our waiter was quite nice, but did forget to bring our drink order until prompted by me. He was appropriately apologetic. The brunch menu is nice and the food was good. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and the short rib hash was a bit too chilly. The restaurant was busy, but not packed. After trying several other restaurants in Asbury Park, I would go back to Cross & Orange and give it another try.

We made a 9pm reservation and were a few minutes late. The hostess informed us we’d better hurry the kitchen’s closed. After this unfortunate beginning, our experience improved enormously. Our server was pleasant, the kitchen was open, and the food was pretty amazing. We look forward to returning.

The menu is very interesting here. The selections can be made for both carnivores and vegetarians. The Bahn Mi Bowl was good however the pork belly was undercooked. The vegetable side dishes, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, were excellent. It's a little pricey.

Has become our go to place for brunch on Sundays with friends. With all the usual standards and some unusual offerings, no one will leave there disappointed. Even went with a friend who is gluten free and there were multiple choices marked gluten free. How can one go wrong?

My husband and I had a great brunch outside with our dog Zeus! They were very accommodating to Zeus and brought him out a water dish. The service was friendly and the food was great! I had the crab Benedict and my husband had the chicken and waffles.

Went for brunch and we got the mushroom tacos and the banh mi bowl, let's just say my gf devoured the tacos before I can finish my bowl, it's that good. Definitely will go back again for out next brunch date.
