   The staff were really plesent and attentive The Sunday lunch was lovely and very tasty

   Lovely cosy pub we had visited once for drinks only then next day for food as it was my birthday, my husband had the lamb Henry which was extremely dry for the price you pay, I ordered the chefs duo of roasts, which again hardly any gravy and roast potatoes you couldn’t cut as they were so dry, to spend over £60 on food alone and it to be like that isn’t on, we waited for a member of staff to ask at anytime if everything was okay but never did, we were sat at the table with our finished plates for 40 minutes and no one even moved them

   Beautiful restaurant with excellent food and choice we have used for over many years during which it has got even better.

   This was our third visit as we have stayed in the hotel previously as well . Food was delicious. It always feels like a special place to eat while being a friendly comfortable pub .

   Staff excellent pleasant and smiling throughout our dinner, food great one of the best gammons I have had.

   Lovely restaurant, great quality food cooked freshly. We can see why you should call ahead and book, as it gets busy, but that’s a reflection of the quality of the restaurant.

    Booked here for lunch. Seated as soon as arrived. Drinks order taken promptly, and given more time to peruse menu. Ordered main courses which are cooked to order. Came in a timely manner, and was nicely presented and tasted good. Waitress checked to see if everything was ok, which it was. Relaxed atmosphere and didn’t feel rushed. Would recommend, and will come again.
