The Restaurant
Our main restaurant is modern with a lantern light ceiling which allows in plenty of natural light to flood in. A great piece of real architectural design. The restaurant boast some wonderful bespoke ironwork along with a vintage industrial feel . This restaurant offers a modern ambiance an ideal place to catch up with family and friends and enjoy our mouthwatering local dishes.

The Inn
The Inn is full of old world charm with little hidden nucks for dining. This restaurant is full of character and is used at lunch times primarily, but in the evenings, it offers a cosy ambiance lit by candle light ideal for a more casual approach to dining.

The Inn also offers an afternoon tea which is simply divine. Served between 2pm-5pm by prior bookings only.

The Bar and Snug is a relaxed and super cosy space sticking with the old charm of the Inn which this part of the building offers. It has an impressive wood burning stove and is dog friendly.

    Lovely restaurant, great quality food cooked freshly. We can see why you should call ahead and book, as it gets busy, but that’s a reflection of the quality of the restaurant.

    Booked here for lunch. Seated as soon as arrived. Drinks order taken promptly, and given more time to peruse menu. Ordered main courses which are cooked to order. Came in a timely manner, and was nicely presented and tasted good. Waitress checked to see if everything was ok, which it was. Relaxed atmosphere and didn’t feel rushed. Would recommend, and will come again.

    The food and service was excellent. My only negative comment would be the lighting close to our table was rather low, making it a little difficult to read the menu.

    I ordered Dual Roast Dinner. Plenty of meat, but only 2 baby potatoes, no roast potatoes at all. My wife ordered Gammon which was extremely salty. She did like the pineapple in batter though. Service was very good.

    Excellent fish and chips by any standard. Very good for disabled access and a good range of smaller portions. Nice room. Service was friendly and efficient.
