It was great! Their pizza is awesome!!
All of the food was great. Lobster ravioli, lasagna, salads, and seared scallops. Old fashioned drink special and peroni on draft. Server was great.
Second visit and was an excellent experience again. Server was very attentive and the restaurant was much more crowded than previous visit, so the word must be getting out. Food was piping hot and wait was very reasonable. Wife raves about the Tiramisu as best she's had.
We were a party of two with Open Table reservations for Saturday nite, 6:30 P.M. We were seated promptly when we arrived. Table service was more that adequate and the food was good. I had the small rib eye and my partner had the scallops. My steak was perfectly cooked(medium rare). My partner thought the scallops were great.
We showered and shaved. I wore new black jeans, white shirt and a sport coat. I was grossly overdressed. Come as you are.
This restaurant has great potential to become a place for fine dining if they chose to go that route.
First time eating here. As you enter the aroma coming from the kitchen is awesome. Had a reservation and we were seated right away. Server came over bringing bread, olive oil and water. Took drink orders and came back right away. The food was outstanding Lobster Ravioli, pizza and chicken Marsala. We will be coming back and often
Overcooked shrimp is the worst and an arrogant bartender the worst.
Delicious food & great wine list!
First time dining! I didn’t give you max rating because I want to come back and see if there is consistency. But...first time very pleased with food!!
Great food and service. Nice Italian cafe/bar with great variety.
Been here four times, never disappointed. Had something different each time.
Crispina is now our go to Italian restaurant. Service was great, food was delicious and ambiance was fun. On the weekend they have a gentleman singing Sinatra songs. Really made it a fun evening.
Great food and service. Will be back again.
Carrabbas, Maggianos, Macaroni Grill are all much better food.
Great food, but the value is not there.
Pizza, bread, and salad were good. Veal Adriano was awful. Heavy breafing, could have used the meat for a doorcstop, very dry, hardly any sauce in the water logged spaghetti. If we go back, we will stick to pizza and salad only.
Love this place. I have been 2 or 3 times. It is casual, the service is awesome, and the food is so good. On my recent visit I had the Vesuvius meatball, which is one very large meatball topped with ricottta cheese and tomato sauce. The meatball was tender, and their tomato tastes like mom’s. Loved it! I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.
Service was excellent (Lauren) - food was great. Had the chicken Marsala - substituted pasta for the potatoes (would have enjoyed more sauce). My wife had the veal parmigiana- excellent. This is definitely a return for us. Authentic Italian- considering its next to an Olive Garden, I don’t know why you would go there with the authentic food here.
Second time visiting Crispina. The food is really good and so is the service. Pleasantly surprised after being disappointed to have Ippolito's close in this location last year. Not a lot of options for good Italian food, and this will definitely remain in our rotation. Would love to see them add some alfredo options to the menu in the future.
Everything was excellent! The food was amazingly fresh and delicious.
My husband had eaten here for a bourbon tasting and raved about the food so we decided to try it on Saturday evening. The food was delicious. The meatball is a must!! I had veal piccata. Veal is hard to come by in most restaurants these days so I was excited when I saw it offered. It was delicious and very tender. Where the restaurant fell short was with our server. While a nice enough young man, it appeared that his training was lacking. We had to ask for additional drinks, silverware, etc. He did not come back and check on us to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything. I feel in this climate, you need to go the extra mile. We are trying to support local as much as possible even during Covid. We will definitely be back though.
We have been several times and brought our daughter and her family the last 2 times. Everyone really enjoys the food!!
Very good food!!!
The food was incredible and the wait staff was so friendly and warm! They made us feel super welcome and we will definitely be back.
Food was amazing, great service and atmosphere at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.
Celebrated for Valentine’s Day. Great food and wine. Red velvet cake was on special and very dry.
Unique Italian dishes with attentive service. Definitely worth checking out.
Best Authentic Italian food around! Felt like we were back in Italy! This is our go to for Italian. Don’t skip the tiramisu!!!
Meal and service was great even with a rookie waiter. The Burrata was amazing,, Veal parm was very tender and the Calamarata, mostly clams, was more than enough. We'll be back.
Food was really good and had great music
Food was delicious. Service was excellent.
Food was amazing!
Not your standard red sauce Italian Restaurant. Excellent service and food was delicious.
Why would you go to Olive Garden next door? All three veal dishes were excellent. Very good and reasonably priced wine list. Server was knowledgeable and professional. We’re becoming repeat Crispina customers as they do it all so well.
We've been several times and everything is terrific!
Waiter seemed disinterested, very unlike our previous experience.
I recommend Crispina for those looking for an Italian restaurant. The food was good. The wait staff was very attentive. They also have an extensive wine list. We will be back.
Not as impressed as I have been with the Vinings location. Service was pretty slow from the time we were seated until they finally came to greet us. The food wasn’t bad. I had the wedge salad which was really good and the meatball appetizer. I don’t know that I will rush back anytime soon.
Both times I have been with a small group. Our server has been wonderful. The food is quite good. Loved the Chicken Parm, Spaghetti and meatballs. They have nice thin crust oven fired pizzas.
Service was extremely slow and we had to make numerous request for simple items like straws and ice cubes. We were considering leaving before our server even showed up. Bread they served for the table was dry and stale. The entrees were good.
They are clearly understaffed. not worth the trip when there are other places with better service.
We knew Crispina from Vinings. But we were shocked to see there was absolutely no table spacing during the pandemic. Further, the restaurant does not indicate a mask is required by patrons when entering, so people come in, sit right down next to you, and the rest of the meal, you feel uncomfortable, but you also don't want to be THAT family who gets up and moves, or worse yet, leaves.
Food is good - as expected. Service was good, but they are hiring as they should be.
