We always love our experience at Crispinas...the food is delicious and the people who work there are friendly and just great!
We had a family dinner. We all ordered different meals, they were all so good. Service was great. Loved it.
Crispina is arguably the best Italian restaurant at which I have ever dined. The salami and cheese board is excellent, the bruschetta is without equal and puts the typical Italian restaurant’s small piece of toast with a dollop of marinara look as silly as it is. the pasta is fresh, the pizzas are genuine pizza di Napoli, perfectly done and presented. The wedge salad (“Salad Crispina”) is a standout, with pancetta ins read of bacon – just an example of the originality of this restaurant. It’s my favorite and I enjoy taking friends who have never been to Crispina and watching their astonishment at the remarkable food.
We love this place. Food is always amazing and authentic. Service is great and the ambiance is cozy and inviting.
Awesome eggplant parmigiana and great choice of wines
Excellent. My only issue was the table and chair height made for an uncomfortable setting. Table too high, chair too low and uncomfortable. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Will be back!
Always a pleasant evening at Crispina. Food is excellent. Love the fried pizza !
We had an awesome experience and dinner this evening...the food was excellent...the service was just right and the atmosphere made us feel like we could have been at a cafe in Italy...we keep coming back for all of these reasons...
I met a group of friends for dinner. The waiter was good, didn't rush us to order or to leave. But I was disappointed with my pizza. Ordered a margaruite pizza with mushrooms. It came out with out mushrooms - we sent it back and mushrooms were added but the pizza was no longer hot and seems a bit undercooked. I usually get the eggplant special. Love that - but didn't enjoy the pizza.
Great food
Delicious food and very good service. The restaurant was very busy - a good sign! Have always enjoyed our meals at Crispina!
Food was delicious. Service was great. One of Vinings hidden gems.
Always a great experience. Wine was particularly good.
One of our favorites.
Love this place!
Their sister place around the corner is awesome too (with some new additions to the menu).
Pizza was delish- the hubs ate his whole bowl of pasta - he said it was fantastic.
We went to try this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, it was so good that we wanted to go back last week but couldn’t get a reservation & had to wait to return till this week. It was just a great. This is going to be our new regular restaurant in our rotation of places we love it go to eat. We haven’t tried the pizza yet, so hopefully that will be the next visit. We met the owner to complement his restaurant & he asked us if we had tried the pizza yet. We admitted we completely repeated our first order from our original trip there a couple weeks before because it was just that good. In fact I would say that it will feel like a risk to even try something else because we were so looking forward to getting what made us want to return. Anyway I highly recommend this hidden gem in our community. It was so delicious both visits.
Can always count on Crispina for the best wood fired pizza. A family friendly restaurant with excellent Italian food. Love coming here.
We were all very impressed with the quality of the food and wine, and with the service. We ordered the bruschetta trio and three different pasta disjes. The short rib ravioli special was amazing! And with the Monday wine special, we got an excellent bottle of wine for a surprisingly low price. It was a fantastic meal.
Husbands birthday
Just got back from Tuscany. This is the most authentic restaurant I’ve found in Atlanta...sooooo good!!!
This is some of the best authentic Italian in Atlanta, and by far the best pizza in Atlanta. This place completely blows away Antico's, Varasano’s, O4W Pizza, etc. The owner is also extremely personable and takes service very seriously to ensure a great overall dining experience. He also has a great drinks (wine, liquor / liquors, and mixed drinks) and dessert selection. Prices are also extremely good for the quality of the food / service. I cannot recommend trying this place enough.
Great lunch menu!
Our overall experience with only fair. The calamari was extremely greasy and served with a marinara that had red pepper flakes don’t all on top. The wedge salad was saturated interesting that tasted primarily like mayonnaise. We shared a pasta dish which was drowned in a heavy cream sauce. It was lukewarm and had very little flavor. Our server was excellent but I will not return.
Great food and service.
Excellent sea bass and pasta special.
The reservation left space for a special occasion yet there was no mention of the birthday that night.
An Excellent Choice! Always Great. Service very good, authentic Italian. Wonderful Atmosphere. Pride in ownership! I would always recommend for a true dining experience.
Recently had lunch at Crispina and it did not disappoint. Good selection of lunch items. Great place for a business lunch or a lunch with friends.
Unfortunately they did nothing for my mother’s 70th birthday. They must have forgotten although I noted it in the reservation.
I was very disappointed. I had asked for a special dessert which I wanted to pay for & nothing was done. You should read the notes in the reservation if you’re going to ask if it’s a special occasion.
Outstanding date place. A true hidden treasure.
Excellent service and food as usual. Authentic Italian food, homemade pastas and delicious wood fired pizza are always our favorites. Sadly have never had room for dessert!
Great local Italian restaurant. The pasta is homemade. The fried pizza and calzone are tasty and a unique option here in Atlanta. Don’t be put off by its location in a shopping center!
The food just ought to be better than it is. It's not bad, but not worth going out of one's way for. The food is fine; I've yet to have a meal that I think is anything better than that. The restaurant is a perfectly ok choice if you're in the neighborhood.
Crispina is always wonderful....the food is phenomenal and we always feel welcome!
just a excellent place for dinner, you will not be dissapointed...
One of our favorites. Always consistently delicious and the closest to food from Italy in the states!
I will definitely return to this restaurant it was wonderful the food was outstanding
Great food, great professional and attentive service and management that subtily checks with his customers. 100% recommended as a warm and friendly experience
The service was adequate, not exceptional. The meal was very good. We went for our anniversary, indicated it it our reservation and wasnot recognized.
Nice Italian restaurant in Vinings where the number of quality options for non-chain food are actually pretty limited. Have been here before and went early so as to make a later movie. Restaurant was not full at time of arrival.
Service is prompt and professional.
Beer and wine list are nice. Not huge but would not expect so from a relatively small establishment.
Ordered bruschetta for appetizer which took FOREVER to arrive. Waiter eventually said that our order had gotten lost in the kitchen. Time to table was easily over 30 minutes. The toast was burnt even if the toppings were quite good.
The main courses were tasty and plentiful. Impossible to finish the lasagna in one sitting.
Was expecting that given the amount of time it took, either the bruschetta or a beverage would be comp'd but not so. They did not offer and I did not ask.
Overall, decent value for the meal. Will be back but not necessarily soon.
