Absolutely wonderful experience!!

First time dining at Crispina. Visited during lunch and the meal was awesome. My only complaint is the portion provided. Although the dish I chose was delicious I will opt for something more plentiful and hearty the next time.

We went for lunch and the food was excellent. Unfortunately there was only one server for the entire place so he was extremely rushed in his duties. Not much time to slow down , even his speech was very hurried. He did stay on top of his job, but it made you feel very rushed.

This was our first time eating at Crispina, just a casual dinner for two on a weeknight. The outdoor seating was crowded and ugly – you're sitting on the concrete sidewalk looking out at an asphalt parking lot and busy intersection. Perhaps inside would have been more pleasant...? But what was really disappointing was the lackluster food. My Caesar salad was limp and they forgot to dress it. (When I asked for dressing, it was eventually delivered.) The spaghetti Bolognese was watery and tasted like tomato paste; we added salt to give it some taste. The sausage and pepper pizza was better but not remarkable. This would have been a dull and uninspiring meal if we'd prepared it ourselves at home... but we drove out and spent $60 for it! We will probably not return to Crispina.

First time but not last, Matt was great and had good suggestions. Food was fenomenal and the ambiance really nice.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan. The chicken was tasteless. It need more seasoning. Waiter was nice and helpful and service quick.

Pizza was phenomenal!!

The chicken cacciatore and lasagna were amazing. Great wine list with some great Italian wines as well. Staff, of course, was fantastic and our server, Kendall, was great on checking on us periodically. Love the quietness and atmosphere, we'd definitely go back.

Waiter seemed overwhelmed. Despite the service, we enjoyed the atmosphere and food selection.

Our second visit. First was inside. This time on patio/sidewalk. Both times the food has been really great. We will definitely return. I had spaghetti with sausage that was super.

Fantastic Italian restaurant in the heart of Vinings - food is exceptional [ including pizza oven ] , all the starters are great and staff are attentive. This is worth a trip to experience the food.

I’ve been to Cristina a few years back and tried again the other night. I liked that we sat outside, and we had some privacy. The food was not so good. I think pizzas would have been best choice. The calamari lacked flavor, but I’m very picky. I chose the 6 oz steak with polenta. The steak was tough. They put a huge blob of polenta on my plate which was unattractive. I didn’t eat it. Caesar salad was fresh and crispy. What made the evening was the singer with his old tunes, our young waiter who did his best. If I try again, I will stick to pizza.

We enjoy our neighborhood eatery with its great food and service. Glad they have survived the slow down. The servers are super and the owner is dedicated to provide a good experience.

We ate outside and enjoyed the crisp night air. Our meal started with meatballs and Campolieti Valpolicella Ripasso. It was followed by the best caesar salad - the salad dressing make it the best. The Chicken Parmesan, that was the special for the night, was delicious. What a wonderful relaxing dining experience!

Calamari Fritti and Margherita Pizza so delicious. Chicken Parmesan Pasta was okay. Tiramisu was tasty. Serving Staffs were attentive. Have been coming back for three weeks for the Calamari Fritti.

Nice experience, good food, nice staff.

I used to go to this restaurant years ago, but it briefly closed and reopened with a new owner. The food is still really good, the staff is super friendly and attentive. We started with the Insalata Caprese and after we finished, ordered the entrée, Veal Adriano which was really good. The veal was cooked perfectly and the pasta was equally good all in a lemon, white wine sauce. For dessert, we ordered Crispina's cheesecake which I normally am not a fan, but it isn't as heavy like most. They topped the cheesecake with caramel and unlike most places, it was nicely coated which made it tastier.

With the pandemic still very prominent, I felt very comfortable eating here because they social distanced the tables inside and out. If you want to eat really good food for a reasonable price, I highly recommend eating at Crispina.

We love to eat here as the food is always fresh, hot and perfect. With outdoor dining, we feel very comfortable eating here.

This Crispina is small inside with a good bit of outdoor seating. There is also a Barrett PKWY location which has more inside seating.

Such a great experience! The food was amazing and the service was great!! Will definitely be making this my home for Italian food or a night with friends!!!

Great value

We recently discovered this gem and have been loving the food here - the pizza is truly thin crust, and the pasta is really fresh and savory. They do have heat lamps in the covered outdoor area, and the indoor ambience is very comfortable.

The food as always was outstanding from her Sophia Loren pizza to the ravioli with spinach. they have done a superb job during the COVID pandemic if protecting their customers and the service help. You can feel comfortable choosing Crispina for dinner out and will be rewarded with great food and service.

Calamari Fritti and Capriccio Pizza were delicious. Grilled vegetable was flavorful. Ricotta Cheesecake was okay. Server was not attentive (forgetful).

We are "regulars" at Crispina. So nice to have such a great diner close by. We enjoyed a great pizza and the special of the night. Both were executed with care and were delicious.
