We had been told to check out the restaurant scene in downtown Spartanburg. After we were seated and welcomed by our waitress she asked if we had been before. Since we were newbies we were given a free order of pimento cheese fritters which were awesome! Nice beer list and nice list of specials. Waitress ran through the menu and made some nice suggestions. I had the special Swangus smash burger (local grass fed beef) and my colleague had the ribs. We split an order of the crispy Brussels sprouts. Burger was very good, ribs were given a 7/10, and Brussels were amazing. So many good looking dishes on the menu we agreed we’d for sure come back when in town.

Food was delicious, as always. They were quite busy for a Tuesday night But we reserved a table online and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our appetizer took a while to come out but the manager didn’t charge us for it because of the delay. Our waitress, Tiffany, was excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend and we definitely come back.

We are visiting from another state and decided to celebrate a birthday here. Everything was great. From speed of service, to our server, the taste of the food, drinks and the cake was to die for, and the price was excellent as well. I’m glad we ate at this restaurant while in Spartanburg. Highly recommended!

Was not up to regular Cribbs standards. My granddaughter 's order was incorrect and took quite a while to bring her the correct food. They took it off the bill, but it was a very long wait for a sandwich. Also the pear and the Asian noodle salad ( favorites of mine and my husband) was not as good as when we have gotten them in the past.

Food was very good. I got the cribs style burger and it was cooked just as I asked. The only issue was the bottom of the bun was over toasted and hard as a rock. Service was a little slow but our server had many tables so it was expected. Overall it was a very good experience.

Our table was completely trashed when we arrived at 5:10 for a 5:15 reservation. It looked like a food fight had occurred. Our food didn’t come until 6:23. Our waitress forgot our appetizers and then was rarely available for drinks. It was so loud we were barely able to converse. I have been to Cribb’s several times and am so disappointed to see this trend both this visit and poor service the last visit.

We very much enjoyed the stuffed fried green tomatoes, BBQ empanadas, and meat/cheese board. Another item ordered was Not Your Mamma’s Deviled Eggs but wound up not being available. Guess someone forgot to boil the eggs. The fried calamari was suggested in place the eggs and we went that way. The calamari was just okay, nothing special. Also had an Apple of My Rye cocktail that was awesome. Unfortunately I understand they will be removing that drink from the menu. Very good server.

Good food worth the value. Service was just ok-- seemed to have been an irritant to our server who was not in a great mood throughout the meal. Front desk also did not respond decisively to the needs of a disabled guest in our party who had mobility problems. One of our party had to get a chair for the disabled guest and took action into his own hands. This was surprising and strangely awkward. Nonetheless, we will return in the future given the menu and food quality.

Food was delicious and I liked that we could book a reservation online. However our waitress took our drink order, finally brought our drinks, 10 minutes later she takes our orders and we really didn’t see her again. I think she was only servicing one other table at the time. My spouse had to get up and refill his own drink which caused a lot of chatter between the other servers who just couldn’t believe someone would really refill their own drink. Food was delivered, our waitress did ask if we needed anything else, we had to ask for salt and pepper which wasn’t on the table. Our waitress sent another server over to refill my son in laws drink at our table. I explained to that server why my husband had refilled his own drink and that server apologized and made sure to refill the other drinks at our table. We asked for two drinks to go and another server brought over one to go drink. Paid check but really hated to give a tip to a waitress who let the other servers do her job. This was our first time there and the food was great. I really doubt we’ll be in any hurry to go back with regards to the service we received from the waitress. There are so many great places to eat and receive way better service.

Went to Cribbs Kitchen for Christmas business lunch. Liked the convenience of making reservations online. We were seated immediately, & service was prompt. I ordered the wedge salad. Price was a little high, however, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Delicious!

We were in Spartanburg for just one night and found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. It was just what we wanted - relaxed, warm and friendly, and great food. Our waitress Linda was the best. She brought my husband samples of two beers he was unfamiliar with before he ordered one. I had the Asian noodle salad which was wonderful - nice mix of greens and really good dressing. My husband went with the jalapeño popper burger and fries. The burger was cooked exactly as he asked and the Parmesan fries were a tasty change from regular fries.

Great food. We always stop for a bit to eat here every time we are in town for work. Their burgers are some of the best I've had anywhere in the country.
