   We made a reservation for lunch to celebrate our anniversary and were never acknowledged for our celebration which was disappointing and also felt the service was rushed when it didn’t need to be as it was quiet at the restaurant during a sunny August afternoon. The food was good but you are definitely paying higher prices for the ambiance. And then they charge you valet parking - no other choice - just for coming in to dine. So if you want a nice quiet lunch on the creek you will not be disappointed but be prepared for all the extra $$$

   After I made the reservation, I noticed that there was a fee for cancellation within 24 hours. Mind you my reservation was supposed to be on the creek. They texted me to say creekside dining was cancelled, and therefore we had to eat in the restaurant. I wanted to cancel, and no talk of compensation was mentioned. The menu was sparse, but the food was good. One beef choice, one fish, and one prawns choice. I was disappointed, but I kept it to myself, because it was our anniversary, and I didn’t want to ruin the evening. The meal was supposed to be about the creekside experience, and it was a beautiful night, and no rain expected. I figured they were short staffed. Had I had the opportunity, I would have eaten elsewhere. Meal was pricey when we didn’t get the ambiance.

   Having breakfast creek side at L’Auberge continues to be one of our most treasured highlights for our annual visit to Sedona. The atmosphere and ambience are second to none. The staff always provide phenomenal service. The food is wonderfully prepared, though my one note is that the portion size has obviously decreased with inflation. Though we come primarily for the total experience, we left still a bit hungry.

   Best food experience I’ve had. Beautiful light live music. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Three course meal paired with excellent wines. Beautiful creek running near dining. Five plus experience

   Being residents of Sedona, this is one of our favorite dining locations in the area. We bring every visitor we have here. We try to sit Creekside whenever possible, Summer or Winter. I think its my favorite place on earth! The Cranes, ducks and dragonflies are fun to see around the water. The ambiance is so peaceful and relaxing. I think its my favorite place on earth! The food is always great. The brunch selections are terrific and certainly has something from everyone. The service is top-notch. George and Cheyanne are two of our favorite servers.` Never hesitate to give this wonderful property and restaurant a try.

   At first service was quick. But after the initial service, we had to wave to get help and had to ask 3 times for a drink. The food was blah and nothing unusual. I have had better buffets for much less money. The setting was beautiful but noisy. The singer left a lot to be desired.

    Overall a disappointing experience. Ambience was great, but.... 1. The staff never offered us bread and after seeing other customers, I had to ask for it 2. The staff did not clear old silverware off the table between courses and I had to ask for new silverware and a steak knife for the entree 3. The mushroom soup for my wife portion size was comically small. I think it was at the end of the evening and they were running out 4. I had asked the waiter to bring out the my glass of red wine with the steak which he then forgot and I had to ask for again 5. The Wagyu striploin was maybe 2-3 oz total. Again one of those kind of meals where you will leave hungry Ultimately a lack of attention to many details left us wanting.
