   Everything we ordered they were out of. Expresso machine broken, served us cold coffee, my daughter wanted to know if the gluten-free muffin was also dairy free. The waiter said yes, is vegan. Well, it came to our attention. It was not vegan and it had dairy. Didn’t have the juice drink we ordered. It was out of stock? Crazy  Waiter told us the orange juice, fresh squeezed, and he was wrong. It was not. They charge a crazy amount of money for an orange juice that is not fresh squeezed. We ordered a side order of berries and maybe 3 tablespoons came of berries. When I asked them to fill the bowl or to give us more, it came back with maybe one more tablespoon. The check came and they put the juices in it which they were out of stock on. I brought this to the managers attention and all she did was take off the fruit. Totally not appropriate. My daughter’s egg on her avocado toast came cold, my meal came cold and it was a very embarrassing meal since I had talked it up to my daughter. $100 for a terrible breakfast. They lost my business for dining for sure but also for staying there. Save your money people and go for a cocktail to see the scenery.

   The food was terribly over priced. The hand squeezed juice as very good. The pancakes were excellent but the chilaquiles were not good at all. Not enough cheese. Very little chorizo. The avocado on top was 6.00 for one Half an avocado. Seriously! The staff however were super friendly and attentive. Oh and be careful. There is no self parking and the valet is 17.00!!

   Food was not great and very overpriced. Server was very nice but host and hostess were rude. When we showed up for our 815 pm reservation, we were told that they didn’t have a table for us. They acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. Won’t be back!

   We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our first course. My kale caesar salad was soggy romaine with packaged croutons. My main course, a tiny chicken breast without any sauce, was inedible - totally overcooked and dry. $17 to park. This place is such a ripoff, I don’t know how anyone could give it a good rating.

   We enjoyed everything - the gift shop was fantastic- the brunch was incredible and the drinks were great. 10 out of 10- service was incredible too and we had a group of 7 foodie ladies with high standards.

    Lovely experience at Cress. Found was delightful, setting was gorgeous and staff was lovely! 5 stars!
