While the decor is super cute and the service is friendly, overall we wouldn’t recommend crème for its food or overall experience. We were placed/ squeezed into a corner with little room to move, at a two person table (we were a party of 4). The food and drinks came cold and bland- maybe this spot is better for desserts only? Having made the reservation months ahead we were so excited and expected a lot nicer of an experience. Go for the photos out front but don’t bother going in 😅

Excellent service from Sapphire. Everything was delicious - we ordered from lunch menu. As it was very busy- we found it very difficult to talk comfortably with the noise level among the 4 of us without speaking VERY loudly. Other than that, everything was amazing. Next time we will Ask for. Table near the front by the windows- it may not be quite so noisy there.

I was so excited to take my daughter there for her 5th birthday with her grandmothers but was quite disappointed with our experience. The restaurant is stunning and the staff were awesome, however, it would have been good to know in advance that the AC was broken in the thick of summer. The heat really put a damper on our experience and made it super uncomfortable to enjoy it. The table we sat at that I made reservations for 4 people was also too small. We could barely fit all of our items on the table. I was also so excited they had gluten free options for me but come to find out after we order the afternoon tea experience and were served our sandwiches that I could not eat any of the sweets because of my dairy allergy they forgot about. Again, super cute spot but with no AC it was not very enjoyable.

Love this place. My second visit and will be back again. Very wheelchair accessible including washroom. Suggested a lower mirror for the wall. Us girls needs to make sure hair and makeup is good. Ambiance is to notch.

Wonderful breakfast, great coffee. We had the honey butter toast and 2 orders of the classic breakfast along with a latte and 2 cappuccino’s. Everything was thoroughly enjoyed by the three of us. Had great service from our waitress Grace. The space is not very large, highly recommend making a reservation. This was my second visit, I love this place! A fantastic addition to the waterfront.

Crème is a beautiful spot for a girls day out!!! The food is delicious, the ambiance is perfect and the service is amazing! This will be a place I reserve for when I have guests visiting! I’d highly recommend this cute spot to anyone!!!

This is a beautiful and unique place where the pastries and scones are as fabulous as the ambience and decor. Had fresh warm scones with cream and strawberry jam and a lovely pistachio eclair. The pistachio rose latte, and iced strawberry pistachio latte was delicious. Would love to try the Afternoon High Tea next time but maybe not with the caviar.

Halifax needed a restaurant like this. Moderate prices, unique decor, casual feel. I hope it is a success.
