Cozy local restaurant with great food and service!
Not very welcoming!
We always enjoy our meals at Creeds. Lunch or dinner they have great service and delicious meals.
was looking forward to good seafood, but ended up disappointed. I ordered the cioppino, but clams and mussels were not fresh.
Food was amazing, very nice place to eat. No Long wait time, food was cooked exactly how asked. Very nice people. Quiet and relaxing. We brought our four month old with us and they accommodated us every way possible to help. We will be going back to eat again.
Always a delicious meal, great service, an lively bar.
We went for a King of Prussia restaurant week lunch and the choices were pretty good, 3 choices for a starter and 3 choices for the entree; dessert was 2 choices.
I got the salad with beets, walnuts and kale with a sherry bacon vinaigrette dressing that was very good. I also got the mustard crusted pork entree which came with sweet potatoes, also good. I thought my dessert, however could have been better. It was chocolate mousse and it was somewhat grainy which detracted from the mouth feel and it was bland. I was disappointed in that as I love dark chocolate and I’ve had far better in other restaurants.
My friend had the chicken pot pie which he said was okay but ordinary. He did like his first course which was a gumbo that was delicious. He got the cheesecake which was a large piece of decadent vanilla cheesecake with a sauce topping. Our server was attentive and all in all it was a good value for the price fix lunch.
Our first time at Creed's was outstanding. The food was great and the service, provided by Sam, was impeccable. Sam was fun and was very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and making food recommendations. We will definitely be back!
Very friendly waiter, willing to accommodate food requests. Room was full but noise level was calm.
Food was high quality and nicely presented.
We will go again.
All six of us enjoyed our food. It was all delicious. The drinks were enjoyable also. Service was excellent. We will definitely go again.
Creed's is probably the best restaurant in King of Prussia.
Charming restaurant. Wonderful, polite and educated staff. Great menu with good variety. Everything went perfectly! Food was very good, ambience so nice. What a warm and charming experience.
The food and service was excellent! I would recommend this for any special occasion.
Creed's is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Had the brie appetizer, followed by the surf and turf dinner, ending with fresh berries and ice cream. Waitress was excellant. Kudos to Chef John Talbot!
Good food and service.
Great atmosphere, great service, great food and also great live music playing in the bar area. Fantastic steaks and perfectly cooked. Great wine and apps. Nice variety on the menu and also additions.
Friendly bartenders, Sam never disappoints tableside with suggestions and best coffee & desserts. Chef knows how to cook and season foods.
A great evening out with my wife to celebrate an early Valentines Day. The food was incredibly delicious. Great service and atmosphere.
Early Valentines Day dinner since she will be out of town on Wednesday. Outstanding! The Yellowfin Tuna seared and very raw was out of this world!!!! Stuffed Pork Chop was cooked to perfection! Sam was our waiter and made the experience great. Highly recommend!!!
Insanely overpriced for what we ordered...bread not made on site and desserts came from a freezer...mediocre cheese plate with not enough crackers and no honey....tiny table...I appetizer, 2 dinners, 2 desserts and 2 drinks each $135 plus 20% tip $170.....I’d expect that from a restaurant with its own bakery and pastry chef
Me and my wife ordered steaks. She got filet mignon which was delicious and I got the ribeye which was also excellent. If you like steak definitely a good place to go, just expect to pay for it. But so worth it!
Wonderful! The Business Express Lunch is reasonable. I had Mushroom Soup and a Grilled Chicken Ceaser Salad with a beverage for $17 plus tax.
Very loud in the restaurant and food was not really good.My husband steak was very over cooked after he ordered it medium. It was extremely noisy and loud we couldn’t even have a conversation
I ordered the one of the specials which is usually a smart idea, it was a New York strip steak, now I know it's not a prime meat establishment but a top chef will take a strip steak and do what's best for you to enjoy the cut, break up the fibers etc whatever he needs to do so you will enjoy your steak.
But this time my strip steak was way over cooked I ordered it medium it was extremely well done and very hard to cut even with a steak knife so I gave my whole meal back . And decided not to have them try again since it was early and not real busy why waste another steak the chef was not in the kitchen for my dinner as far as i was concerned, plus dinner never recovers when someone's meal is butchered both of the other dinners were over cooked but we decided not to bring that up at the time and not a word from management.
Which is alright I bet they had their hands full Saturday Night. Needless to say we usually have a very good meal and service is usually fantastic but they let us down Saturday night.
I’m glad I finally tried this restaurant after driving past it for years, but I won’t be back. It wasn’t bad, but it’s not worth the price. Food was average, wine list was below average, but prices were well above average.
Definitely a gem in the area. Excellent seafood. We had 7 different entrees and 2 desserts. All were wonderful. Sampson was an excellent waiter who answered all our questions and made great recommendations for us. We were all from out of town in King of Prussia for business and we could not have picked a better place to eat.
A very tired menu... with expensive prices. It was such a disappointing experience. I ordered the 1/2 chicken entree. It was served black- completely burnt. Our server said ‘not to worry it’s just the rub’ as if I was eating some new foreign food. As I think of it now, it’s almost comical. Of course it was terribly dry and unenjoyable. Our server noticed that I wasn’t happy and did take that charge off our bill. My husband ordered the Salmon- it was dry & overcooked. My son ordered the Filet skewers- overcooked & tasteless. This was so disappointing.
The food and the service were both excellent. It is such a friendly atmosphere and the mushroom soup is the best around.
Old World Charm and Small-World Warmth
The soup of the day and the mushroom soup were amazing! The BEST crab cakes ever!! And the desserts - WOW! Never have I had such a smooth and tasty chocolate mousse! :) And my boyfriend's apple crisp was served with a candle for his birthday - which was luscious! Our server, Sam, was TERRIFIC - so friendly, professional, and funny - allowing us to feel the coziness there. And it turned out that Sam and my boyfriend Randy know some of the same people for years!! :)
I would certainly highly recommend; and we will be back!
Busy night, but food was excellent and service good. Really nothing to complain about. Just a fine restaurant on the high end scale.
It's been awhile since I was last at Creed's, but I'm glad I went back. We had a delightful meal. The food was better than I remembered and the service was excellent. I usually enjoy a place that's a little more hip, but I was pleasantly surprised with the menu options, the wine list and choices of dessert. So, surprise yourself and give Creed's a chance. Tell them Joe D. Sent you!
My husband and I have gone to Creed’s before. Consistently good food overall. Good steak and seafood, especially the crab cakes. We will go back there again.
Excellent food. Service. Highly recommend. Non chain restaurant! A favorite
Great food, service and ambience. Would highly recommend.
This place has great food and the are around the bar with music is great.
Creed’s leave much to be desired with all the new restaurants that have appeared in the King of Prussia area. It seems that it may have had the charm of an Inn at one time, but now is overpowered by the sounds of the cars whizzing by along 422. It definitely gives the vibe of a restaurant where most patrons are in bed by 7pm.
Celebrated a friend's birthday here for lunch and everything was lovely as usual.
Our waitress was kind enough to bring my friend a small dessert of whipped cream with mint and a blackberry with a candle since she was difficult to convince to have a dessert! Very thoughtful.
My wife and I have driven by this establishment many times and had grown a bit curious what it was all about. My wife decided we should check it out for her birthday and so we did. It was pretty much what we expected - the dining room we were in had a nice ambiance - little fire place - and the service and staff were friendly and quite good without being overbearing. The place felt a bit of a time capsule - and was somewhat thread bare in places - but ,all in all, it was OK. We found it to be rather expensive for what we ordered and will probably search out other local places in the future. It was an interesting experience - but not interesting enough for a return visit.
I had been wanting to dine at Creeds for the 4-5 years I used to pass by it for business travel. I finally had the opportunity to dine there on Wednesday evening with a business colleague as it was 1 mile away from our hotel. We both enjoyed it very much and would have positive feedback to share with anyone who would want to dine there.
