The food was AMAZING! The service was even better. Thank you guys!
It was okay. Prices were more than what was on the menu. 20% tip is automatically added on every check no matter the number of party members.
Felt rush to finish eating and leave. Spend over $$$ and finish eating and left less than one hour. The restaurant wasn’t pack , but they rush you out.
Ask for a table in the back but wasn’t given a table in the back and said because there were reservations already for table in the back of the restaurant. It was half empty in the backyard after we finished eating. Felt like they didn’t want us to seat in the backyard.
Did a Groupon here for a boozy brunch and it was actually great. Everyone had fun drinks were delish. Recommend the sangria.
Great time! Fun and lively atmosphere. Great and friendly service. Would go back again!
Restaurant offered reservation times that they were not open for. (2:30 PM they close brunch. My reservation was for 2:30 PM) Had to go to another restaurant.
Food was amazing. Steak omelet was sooo good. Drinks were great! DJ was great and interactive. Vibes chill and so dope. Everyone served us well! I love this place!
Great service, excellent food. Cozy place. Prices very reasonable compare to everything else around. All the staff was very nice. We were able to be seated and served right away. Give them a chance you won't regret it.
Great food and great customer service. Everyone was so lovely and pleasant.
Friendly, courteous service, nice atmosphere , clean and very good brunch. Would recommend and will go back..
Went for the bottomless brunch: good food, red sangria was delicious, good service.
Maybe do the groupon tho. Food was good but service takes forever. Not worth 40$ boozy brunch but it's worth the 22$ off groupon especially if you use coupon code. Never got my sundae from 3rd course
We've eaten at Cream several times because the food is so good. The service has always been leisurely but friendly and efficient. This last time the service was quite slow and not quite as efficient. For example, it took forever to get waited on. Once we ordered drinks it took awhile for them to arrive, and then waiter only brought one of the drinks. The second drink was forgotten. The slower pace was probably because they were serving food on both the upper and main floor and had only one wait person.
Every time we go they make changes to the space. This time they had a DJ booth in an improbable place, right in front of some tables. It was ugly and intrusive.
If you enjoy a really great burger, tasty and crisp fries, or very cheesy pull apart bread (our favorites) and generous drinks, this is the place to eat. If you like loud music with a DJ go on Friday or Saturday. Mellow, quieter music is played (not via DJ), on a week night. One last thing, the prices are quite moderate, which is another reason we eat at Cream. Despite some negative comments, it is a great place to eat and I encourage you to go.
We went to the brunch on Saturday and it was a very chill spot our server was very attentive making sure our cups were filled regularly. The food was really good. Definitely going back.
We did wait some time for food but with the 2 hour unlimited Sangria it was hard to tell. Server was triple seated but managed to do a great job keeping our drinks flowing. Great value, great food and good service. Reservations are a must!
My boyfriend and I popped in because we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon arrival we were greeted however it took about 8 minutes to sit down in a nearly empty restaurant. Upon sitting the host was very nice however we quickly learned she was the host, waitress and bartender. Because she was tasked with so many jobs it affected the quality and timelines of our service. My boyfriend in particular wanted ribs and the waitress came back to inform us they had just ran out. My boyfriend wanted to leave but I convinced him to stay. He ordered the cream burger and only took one bite as he did not like it. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast which was okay. The drinks although they had a nice presentation were not that great the best drink was a drink I had asked the waitress to make that she enjoyed most. All in all she tried. However to the owner due to the lack of attention operationally we will not be coming back. We really wanted to like this place.
I was out on a date with my wife. Have been coming to the neighborhood for years since I was a kid- wanted to try a new spot in Queens and this was spot on. The staff was amazing. Place is clean. Food solid. Ambiance is great. Good music was dropping al night. Bartender was great. Even gave me and my wife a free shot and gave me a shot of what I was drinking because he said he didn’t want to get me sick with mixing. Outstanding! Never had that ever at a bar. Will go back.
We eat there on Saturday night from 6 - 8 PM (tried to get home for game 6 of the ALCS with the Yankees). Food was exceptional. Service was good, but I don't blame the waitress because the upstairs was open and she was taking care of both up and down, causing the service to be a little slow. So few people in the restaurant on a Saturday night would normally be pause for alarm, but the food was so good that overall I will go back. The ambiance did not keep up with the hype of the food and all the talk about the Chefs. It was certainly not Bar food. They need to decide if people will applaud the chef after every meal or it will just be good food with a ketchup bottle on the table. The food should be commensurate the ambiance. Maybe just make upstairs a little more elegant.
Its My boyfriend's birthday and I threw together a last minute dinner for him with a few of his family members. We were late to our reservation but the hostes was nice enough to set us up at the back patio area. We later moved to a warmer spot inside and the music was great server was great. Drinks were on point and food presentation was excellent. I let the server know that it was his birthday can we do something special I got to choose from a list of a few options we decided together and she presented it so good we sang and did shots we will be back! Thanks Cream being that Im from Queens you exceeded my expectations. I am a Dream Trips Member and this is moved up to #1 on my list worth the commute from Manhattan.
We asked to be seated in the outdoor area, which was felt cozy yet spacious. There are currently animatronic Halloween decorations set up, and I really appreciated that our waitress complied almost instantly when I asked if they could be turned off since they were motion-activated and continuously turning on. The food and drinks were amazing - definitely some of the best bar food I've ever had. I really enjoyed the crisp and refreshing berry mojito. We will definitely be coming back here.
Great waitress-Genesis-she was very accommodating with our drink requests. Would go back. Worth the visit!
It was an amazing experience. This place is across the street from. Always wanted to try it and my wife and I had reservations for today. Delicious food, atmosphere is fantastic, music is perfect and not blasting loud. Hostess and waitress were great with perfect smiles and genuine. Will be going again real soon!!!!!
Great ambiance and the service was fantastic. There were two events during our visit taking place in their space upstairs and in their outdoor patio, and the manager Crystal, pitched in and took our order since the other servers were attending to the event goers. She was an absolute pleasure. The steak, orange shrimp, and the mac and cheese were DELICIOUS, and I would have given the food a higher mark, but the wild rice was bland and resembled risotto, the lava cake was overcooked and their ice cream tasted like a snowball. Also, they are no longer making the Chocolate Bacon Martini. That was the seller when I was looking at the reviews online, so it was very disappointing to learn I could not get it. We will be returning.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THE FOOD HERE, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!! AND AFFORDABLE.
Food was between okay and good. The servers were good and service was good. Drink were awesome and music that makes you wanna dance all night!
It took 45 minutes to be served our dinner and the restaurant was empty.
The dishes we ordered ranged from good to mediocre to awful.
Was underwhelmed. Service was slow, drinks and food were hit or miss. It was striking that the place was practically empty on a Saturday night.
My husband and I came in from LI to take our son out to dinner in his new neighborhood! Heard about the new owners of Cream through Open Table. The restaurant is warm and inviting with a charming outside patio. What really impressed us though was the quality of the food and drinks for the amazing price. We cannot understand the 4 $ rating. Great food at reasonable prices. The smoked chicken with chipotle honey was so moist easily one of the best chicken dishes I have ever had. Give it a try you will not be disappointed !
