  We brine our wings for 2 days then smoke them with Apple wood, finish them in the fryer & toss them in one of Annie's BBQ sauces. Yes, we put our wings in the smoker. Annie's Cherry Bourbon BBQ sauce, South Carolina BBQ sauce, Hot Sauce or Cajun Dry Rub

  Warning - Annie never played games with her hot sauce. Rumor has it that less than one drop of this sauce is extremely & seriously hot. This sauce is only given to consenting adults. The person consuming this sauce takes full responsibility for its effects. Which may or may not include excessive sweating, drooling, hiccups, burning sensation on skin or lips upon contact. It is said in the story of Annie's sauce that in extreme cases there has been loss of consciousness, but of course that is just a story right. Must be 21 years old to consume.
