Crave Restaurant - Sheraton Parkway Hotel
I had dinner at 8:30 p.m. and, as far as I could see, was the only diner at that time. I had one of the specials - beef tenderloin cubes in a vegetable bowl with jasmine rice - and cheesecake. The food was tasty and the helping substantial - I should probably have eaten less but I enjoyed the food. I was looked after by Santiago who provided first rate, friendly service and excellent conversation.
Trying to reach somebody by phone was virtually impossible.Had to confirm our reservation by calling back, but nobody ever answered the restaurant phone, constantly being re-routed to the main hotel reception. As well, there was a long line up to enter into the ballroom where the buffet was being served, what was the point of a reservation time? What about asking for all the additional requests at confirmation when you are unable to follow through. My reservation was for 7 guests, and we were seated at a table for 6. I asked if a server was able to help us make it a table for 7, they sent me back to the entrance to speak to the hosts. Then being sent back to tell somebody else to do all this. I also made a request to have an accessible table, we were squished among other large tables and not close to an entrance for an aging parent to maneuver with their accessibility device. The food itself was decent, but the hoops we had to jump through to make a reservation was not worth it. Would not be coming back for a special event buffet.
First time trying the Mother's day brunch buffet at the Crave. We loved the atmosphere as the restaurant moved the brunch to the banquet hall, so it makes it feels like you are at a wedding. So my parents really enjoyed the ambiance. However, for the price of the brunch at around $50 including tax and tips, I don't think the food is worth it. The menu online mentioned about crab legs, but we didn't see any. Also, there are limited fruits selection. The kids loved the chocolate fondue but really nothing that special. We barely had any service, we had a hard time finding servants to add water, coffee, or even getting the bill. So nice try, but we will not go again on special occasion, maybe on ordinary day.
Needs to be renovated ASAP
Last minute dinner plan on Valentines Day! We enjoyed the dinner with good food and acceptable service in this special day.
wasn't as good as last year. the buffet was being ripped down just after 2 pm. we came at 1. some items were missing from the previous year.
I would suggest to change the menu.
Today the food we much better and consistent. Really enjoyed my dinner.
We were there for Sunday Brunch. I was surprised that the tea was not served in a teapot - just a bag in a cup.
Also there is a bit of a bottleneck between the omelette/roast beef station and the entrance to the sitting area from the buffet. You have to squeeze past the people waiting in line.
Good food and service, will be back
Made reservation 3 days ago thru open table, but restaurant did not receive booking. Disappointed when waiter refused to set up a table for 8 but offer us a table whichever available. DO NOT reserve table thru open table.

Great burger, great service and atmosphere.
Really enjoyable experience, made especially so by our server, Paul, who was very friendly and efficient and kept refilling our popcorn bowl! He even gave us popcorn to go!! We will definitely return. It has that nice ‘lobby bar’ ambience and the food is very good too.
We went to their Mother's Day brunch buffet. It was a fixed-price but all you can eat, with crab legs, mussels, roast beef carving, and desserts. The most important thing is, my mom enjoyed it!
Came with my sisters to treat our mom for lunch. It was her 76th birthday. The daily specials were fantastic. Staff went out of their way to make our afternoon lunch special and even presented a beautifully decorated dessert for my Mom’s birthday. Thank you so much.
Cold appetizers were fresh but not too much variety on hot foods. Some didn't taste very good and some meats were tough.
