When I arrived at the restaurant the doors were locked. I wish they had notified me ahead of time.
The service and the food was outstanding. Will definitely be going back.

I love the healthy options on the menu. I had grilled salmon and veggies. Super tasty and healthy always a plus when eating out.
Kitchen was overwhelmed and food took nearly 50 minutes to come for only hamburgers and simple orders. Manager was very apologetic and gave compensation.

I told the server I was eating vegan, and then I ordered the vegetable stir-fry, The first time it came out the rice was fried with about 3 eggs in it and the vegetables were raw. I mentioned to the server I was eating vegan, and it didn't mention egg on the menu. She said it was strange, and had them remake it. The second time it came out the rice had no egg, and all the vegetables were still raw. When the bill came, I asked why it was a stir-fry and all the vegetables were raw? She said that was strange again. A manager came over and said the whole dish should have been stir-fried and took the item off our bill. The table next to us also had a problem and had an item taken off their bill.

Second visit, this time w more family. All the meals were excellent including the starters. Service was very attentive other than forgetting drink orders. Water was always full. The only downside is that this is a very loud place.
One of the most overpriced meals we have ever had at any restaurant. Prices are nearly Capital Grill prices, quality of food is extremely poor. Will not go back.

Great place, great food
The host went out of their way to connect me with the person I was meeting. The waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without hovering. But. I ordered an entree salad without the meat or cheese, and what came was greens that barely covered the plate. Gee, guys, a few more lettuce leaves in place of the more expensive proteins wouldn’t break the bank! I was pretty disappointed. Not sure I will return, which sucks, since Crave has been one of my favorite restaurants for a long time.

This was our first time going here and we loved our experience! Our waitress Cathy was amazing and the food was excellent.
The service was amazing, AS ALWAYS! The food this time though was kinda crappy, it usually tastes amazing but this time it was kinda dry and bland.

All of the staff were very friendly and easy-going. Great recommendations and wonderful food. We loved our table location but there probably isn’t a bad seat anywhere. Beautiful space!
Our party of 7 was celebrating a birthday at Crave. The staff were incredible - attentive but not hovering - and the food was out-of-this-world delicious. Only downside was the noise level; we had difficulty talking amongst the 7 of us because it was so loud, but that’s somewhat to be expected for a Saturday evening outing.
We got right in at our reserved time. It was awesome.
Service was slow even though there was a lot of servers working. Food was priced very high. Ordered a small sushi roll as an app, it was just okay. My hiusband ordered one sushi roll for dinner and I had a "bowl" with lime basmati rice and chipotle chicken. He said the roll tasted good. Mine was ALMOST inedible. It was very oily and the rice was crunchy. Some peppers were cooked, others were raw. Some of the chicken was inedible (chewy and gristley). Didn't have a ton of flavor. There was no way I was sending it back. They were short staffed in the kitchen and it took forever to get our food! I won't be going back. I have heard great things but my experience was definitely not great. We each had an adult beverage and the bill came to $86....def not worth it. I have had way better meals for less.

Our waiter was really nice, very informative and attentive but not in-your-face. Food was really tasty and hot.

Although we had reservations, we did have to wait a while before we were seated and there was really no comfortable place to stand or sit while we were waiting. While we were waiting, the bartender did come to us and take a drink order, which was an unexpected surprise. Service was really good. Food was amazing, especially the sushi!
Food was delicious! We sat in the room by the parking lot so atmosphere not quite as nice but they had it decorated nicely for Valentines Day. However the room was much quieter. Our waitress was very nice, helpful, and attentive. We will return!

Valentines evening and we arrived a bit early and were seated immediately. The restaurant is beautiful and open with proper spacing between tables. Our waiter was at our table as soon as we settled in and took our drink orders which arrived promptly. We choose the valentine dinner for two special. Dinner arrived in a timely manner and was elegantly placed on the plates. The scallops for appetizers were good and for dinner one plate was shrimp and tuna the other was steak and tiny potatoes. The shrimp were outstanding the tuna was quite tough however and the steak while delicious tasted more like a roast. Dessert was molten lava and cheesecake and both were outstanding. Overall we had a very enjoyable dinner.
The food was good and the server was fantastic. The food did take a while to get though. The people next to use ordered about 15 minutes after us and revived there good well before us for a very similar order
We LOVE CRAVE, however we were very dissatisfied this visit on Valentines Day. Our server was very friendly and pleasant but the restaurant was extremely busy and chaotic. All 4 of our entrees were bought to our table cold, my shrimp and scallop sautee was non flavorful and my scallops were forgotten and brought separate. I had to ask for a second glass of wine, because our server was busy running. For a $200+ bill for our table of 4 was very hard to swallow with our meal being less than satisfactory.
