Nice outdoor patio. Service was a bit slow and my steak was under cooked. I will give it another try to see if it was just a bad day.

We enjoyed our Brunch very much sitting outside in the covered outdoor area, we were able to hear each other. Unfortunately the wait staff was overwhelmed and there were a number of large parties, thus service was slow.

I think that this restaurant has made the classic mistake of trying to serve too many people at one time. The place was packed with people standing around waiting for tables. The host and wait staff were awesome, but obviously extremely busy. Because of that the service suffered. The glass of wine that I wanted with my steak arrived when I had almost finished eating. We never got bread, even though other tables did and our food was barely warm. That being said, the decor and ambience of the place was great and the food awesome, despite the temperature. I would definitely recommend and would eat here again. I just wish the management would put a ceiling on how many tables they will serve in one night and just focus on the service and food.

We eat here all the time so we are very familiar with the menu and staff. We had oysters (fried) and mussels for apps - excellent. I had the burger which was also excellent. Hannah, our server was great - I imagine we drove her crazy when our second cocktails came out barely half of what our first ones were. The first (Manhattan) was an appropriate pour. The second was completely unacceptable and poor Hannah had to be the middle girl between us and the bartender. Finally she brought out another drink that allowed us to add enough to each of our glasses to make the pour appropriate. So that was great. She handled it like a champ. 2 of us had the scallops and both were disappointed - it was dry and a bit pasty. I have that dish often and it’s always good. So - overall a positive experience but they need to be more consistent in their pours and the entrees. We do recommend Crave - it’s a great place.

The food was terrible. When the waitress put my plate infant of me, I was so shocked that I could not say a word. Half of my plate was filled with burned potatoes and the other half with an omelet. I could tell by looking that my omelet was not going to be good because it was burned around the edges. I was shocked that our waitress would even put the plate in front of me. I did not say a word because it was a luncheon for friends who were moving. I could go on describing my friends meals that were under par also but mine was the worst. Our waitress was sweet and attentive but because of the food , we will never go to Crave's again. The price was high for what you get.

this is a perfect place to dine out during covid. Plenty of outdoor seating either by sidewalk or under a tent. and of course the food is as good as it was pre covid.

I loved all the food we ordered! My only reason for not giving it 5 starts all the way is the requirement of a credit card for a reservation, supposed allotted time for dining time depending on the size of your party and then the nerve to advise us when we arrived that there was only one server for our area and that it might take a while to be served. Don't attach so many rules before one even walks in the door. While cancellations happen, I made a reservation on a night when you had open tables ALL around us. Not one, not two, easily half a dozen the whole time we were there. Places like yours can't be hurting for business. Some will not even come when they read all your rules.

Good food and great to be eating outside!

Dinner was ok I got the buttermilk fried chicken way over cooked and dripping with oil. Their famous Mac and cheese separated and oily not very impressed.

We have found Crave to be better than most when it comes to COVID safety steps. Masks, hand sanitizer, spaced tables, outdoor seating with heaters. The food has always been very good. Macaroni and cheese is everything they profess it to be. Warm, cheesy and filling. Soups are also excellent. The tomato basil rocks. We can recommend it all.

Overall, the service and food was very good. The table for five was in the back corner of the restaurant and was tight to squeeze into. The waitress was friendly and courteous, and very attentive. Food was very good.

Had family in town and I have been to Crave often before. It didn’t disappoint. We sat outdoors and the heaters were wonderful

Not good, Hostess wasn’t honest about seating time, we waited 20 minutes for table that was available the minute we got there and they finally seated us at that table
We were three , they sat us at one for two, . Oh I’m so sorry she said let me move you , I’ll be right back. then just stuck a chair at end which was right in the back entrance.
Don’t mind being seated a bit late on a busy night, it happens. Do mind being misled and treated like a nuisance.
The waitress was really nice but they threw her in the fire.
First day. Our original waiter stopped by to say hello , I’ll try to get back to you if I can he said but if not will find a substitute .
If you are going to charge for classy experience which I’m happy to pay then you should provide it

Great food, a bit crowded.

Shared the Valentine's Day 5-course meal with my fiance. Filet was fantastic, curried BBQ shrimp were a delicious surprise, and the cheesecake was excellent. Our server was top notch. All around, was a great evening. Crave never fails to satisfy.

Steak frites were excellent. The chocolate cake was decadent. Even as busy as it was for Valentine's and CCP Virus, had great service and was not overly crowded

This place had fantastic food and a cozy ambiance when we went for Valentine’s Day! I definitely have recommended this place to others and will be back soon!

Hostess was not friendly. It seemed like she didn’t want to seat me. We sat outside and she said someone will light you fire. But she sat 3 other tables an lite their fire. I didn’t appreciate that. Our waiter was great very attentive. Food was just ok. Very loud sitting outside. Overall it was an ok experience

I was very pleased with the service, and the food was delicious. My family definitely enjoyed the experience, and we plan on returning.

We enjoyed our Valentines dinner at Crave. The cocktails were wonderful, and the food did not disappoint!

Mac and Cheese was amazing, but everything else was not really worth the price.

So wonderful to find a place where you can sit outside and eat today (due to Covid that is our ONLY choice) and be comfortable in all weather conditions with a covered patio and heaters. A party of 4 or more allows for ample social distancing between each other as well as other tables. The fire pits between each set of seats not only offers warmth but ambiance. BONUS! The menu offers delicious food and drink standards as well as specials. Everything we have had (lunch, dinner, brunches) has been amazing. Always plenty for leftovers too.

The menu is diverse and the food well-prepared. We went for my wife's birthday and were treated quite well as part of their birthday club. It's truly a "neighborhood gem".

Myself and 3 friends had a blast celebrating Galentines! Incredible food and drinks. Outstanding and very friendly servers. A delightful experience. Will be back for sure!

Our server misheard my order. The wrong item was served as my main course dish. The restaurant graciously took the item back and prepared my requested item .... however, I was told they would take one Prosecco off my bill ( I had two) this did not happen.
I didn’t cause a fuss, just was disappointed they said they would do something then didn’t.

Don't eat here unless you want to spend over $30 for a spinach salad with a side of salmon. Unbelievable that that they charge an EXTRA $14 for a chunk of salmon on a salad. If you want a few scallops added, it's an extra $16!!!

Great lunch with wife. Most folks were outside under the tent but it was a dreary day, so we enjoyed the relatively unoccupied inside dining -large and tasty sandwiches.

Ate outside under the tent. It was fine under the circumstances. Service could have been better Food was very good. The collards were particularly tasty.

Went for dinner. Paid $15 for a small amount of so-so wine. The steak in my salad was not very good.

I've been to Crave for lunch, and I think it's a much better value then.
