Good menu, great food, nice outdoor patio. I would recommend Crave.
They had outdoor setting with a tent, which was fine. We arrived on time and then waited a good 10 minutes to be seated because our table was not ready. There were extra tables yet we were seated next to a table of 10. 10-15 minutes after being seated, no waiter, no water no welcome. Finally I asked the hostess if we had a waiter. He finally showed up because he had to serve the table of 10. Why didn’t they seat us at another empty table with a waiter or waitress who did not have a noisy table of 10! Very poor planning. The wine menu was great. I had the macaroni and cheese with shrimp. This is Charleston, but those were not fresh Charleston shrimp. More like cheap frozen shrimp. The macaroni and cheese was not world renowned by any stretch of the imagination. I had bacon also, would of been better if the chef had put a little effort in and smiled the bacon. They must have a very large order from Cusco everyday. If you are local, probably a nice place, but for an out of Townes go someplace else. Definitely not welcome and the food was ok at best. The tea came in a Luke warm cup of water.
I had the mac & cheese with a crab cake. The mac & cheese is award winning and it was delicious. The crab cake was a little bland but I probably should have gone with the short ribs with the mac & cheese, so, my bad.
Food was okay. Outdoor eating with people standing 2-3 feet from the table waiting to be seating by hostess. We probably will not return.
Very nice evening with good service and food was delicious.
I had to chase down the waitress to get some help with a problem with one of the dishes.
We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Good selection of music and superior service. We will be back soon z
Great food, great atmosphere! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!
It was a birthday celebration. They were fantastic.
Our server, Joel, deserves special mention - he was really amazing and really made such an effort. The Mac and Cheese is all it's cracked up to be. We will definitely be back!
Long wait for only fair food. Highly touted Mac &cheese arrived like warm smothered in pre grated parm. Pasta was undercooked and crunchy.
Service staff seated us outside as we asked due to our Covid-19 concerns at the reserved time. The server, Cole, was very good as was the hostess. Wine flight is great value. She Crab soup was best I've ever had. Food was paced well and we were not rushed.
Servers were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Overall dining experience
Expensive - 3 scallops for $35, a bit pricey I’d say. No longer serving brand named alcohol- they use all local labels. Good luck if you prefer brand names
Not crowded. Great outdoor seating! Great food!!
My husband and his friend from HS were visiting .
Our server was outstanding but the manager tried not to honor our Opentable Gift Card twice but he finally did but we were stuck waiting there over thirty minutes after we finished our meal.
The short rib Mac and cheese was out of this world! The food in general was amazing! Still, a little pricy for what we got. The service was good. Here’s the thing.. I called for three days prior to our visit to see if we could walk in and was told they were fully booked, however when I placed the reservation through the app securing with $25 and showed up the restaurant was nearly empty. I understand about cancellations but this didn’t sit well with me.
Easter brunch did not disappoint!
Brunch here often! Food and service can’t be beat!
The waiter was fantastic and helped navigate the menu.
Easter brunch was delicious my husband had the Big breakfast which lived up to its name while I had a veggie omelet bursting gull with wonderful veggies. Our server was on top of all our needs & everyone was un a holiday spirit. A perfect holiday brunch!
The food was okay, but nothing to write home about. All of us in the party felt rushed by the staff (it was a holiday, but we had reservations like everyone else).
Went on Easter Sunday. Service was fine, their award winning Mac n cheese is good if you like white cheddar and parmesan, but it needs extra toppings to take it next level which is $$, the avocado toast was so sad and the fried eggs it came with were over done.
Fantastic meal! The mac & cheese with truffle mushrooms is dynamite. Tiara was our server, she was attentive and gave excellent suggestions for meals. Hats off to Crave. We will be back!
The sesame tuna was prepared nicely and the pinot blanc paired well.
Definitely worth a return visit.
I found the restaurant on Yelp and based on the reviews thought it would be a great place to try. The appetizers were outstanding. We got the mussels, brussels and calamari. The entrees were just ok. The crab bowl had a weird charcoal color sauce on it. My husband almost sent it back but he just ate some of it and left the rest. The kids all got different Mac N Cheese no one was thrilled with it. I got the scallops with risotto and green beans. The scallops and risotto were perfect but the green beans had zero seasoning. They needed salt and pepper or something. Overall for the price and the food I don’t think we will be back.
Advertised heated outdoor seating, while other outdoor seats had fire pits beside them, there was no heating under the tent from what I could ascertain. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
One of my favorite places. The food is consistently good, and the service is always outstanding.
Our meals were absolutely delicious!
I loved what I ordered...spinach salad and cup of tomato bisque with a glass of wine. I would definitely eat here again. Make sure and get a reservation if you can. It was a hassle getting a table. I would love to eat here again.
The food was so good. Most of us had the Mac and cheese but I had the scallops and they were great. Cocktails were fabulous. Service was soooo fast. Would definitely recommend.
Food was served hot and presented well. Taste was excellent. Service not rushed.
We were 3 friends celebrating at lunch. We were given menus with a wide variety of beer and some cocktails listed, but no wine. Disappointed, we ordered bloody marys. Later we asked why the restaurant didn't serve wine , and the server responded that he didn't think we wanted wine. Also, I had a very mediocre spinach salad with salmon and the cost was $26. That's much higher than the going rate at similar restaurants.
Nice lively atmosphere. Fresh ingredients and well prepared food. Fried oysters were excellent. The Mac and Cheese deserves the hype! Big portion as a share dish. Fried Chicken was great and new cole slaw works perfectly. Enjoyed the short rib and mashed potatoes were just right.
Cocktail menu was solid and a very nice wine list with reasonable priced options and some good value in higher priced offerings. The Niner Cab from Paso Robles was outstanding.
Skillet cookie for the table rounded out a great dinner and a fun evening.
Our dinner was great! Having patio heaters would have been nice, but other than that, all was great! No issues at all. Thanks!
Our impression was that the food was good but not even close to being worth the price. The salads are definitely not worth the price, but the Mac n cheese is yummy. The service was outstanding - very attentive !
Made a reservation for 5:45. Arrives at 5:35 and was asked to wait for seating which was fine. Went outside to far side of building to wait. A line of metal tables and chairs were there empty, not set up for dinner service and have leaves on them. We sat down fir a minute and a waiter came over with water and we told him we were waiting to be seated. He look confused and left with the water. A few seconds later the hostess comes out and asks us to get up because she had to seat a table there. She wasn’t rude, just seemed annoyed that we sat. We got up and within 2 minutes, she came out and said I’m ready to seat you now. She literally sat us at the table she just booted us off of.😂. I started laughing and the waiter came over apologizing for the table fiasco. No biggie, but weird. Waiter was pleasant. Food was extremely small portions for the $. It was just ok. Mac and Cheese was the highlight. Ok, but not somewhere I’m dying to get back to.
Totally unremarkable. “Famous” Mac and cheese was average. Gnocchi was hard and odd, Boursin risotto tasteless, fried chicken was truly bad - no one enjoyed their food. Further, entree’s were brought while we were still eating appetizers. Service was inattentive and not particularly helpful. Wasn’t cheap. Won’t be back.
My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves! The experience was great and we will be back!
