The food was terrible. Salad overdressed, perfectly good yellowfin tuna ruined by sauce and poorly matched side dishes. My wife’s mussels were dreadful. Very nice servers but the food…horrible. I take no pleasure in writing this. Maybe chef’s nite off?

We've dined at the other location a few times and it's tremendously better than the UWS. Food and service need to be addressed here. The tostadas' salmon was cut very thick and was difficult to eat. Oyster had dirt and was sooty, Lobster roll bun was burnt, and the avocado aioli was so overpowering you didn't even taste lobster, brussel sprouts so soft they're mushy and no real seasoning, hand cut fries were good the first go around but when they replaced the lobster roll they were raw and undercooked. Coffee old-fashioned overly sweet and you couldn't even taste the bourbon, no second drink offered. French 75 was not balanced. Oh and to try and smooth things over the manager sent us oysters but they didn't even check in with the server to know that one of us had an allergy. No check dropped, no good bye from the server, no check in from the manager. Sat there for 10 minutes with no check as our server and manager were sitting at the bar. We had to stand up and wait in the middle of the dining room to get some attention. We won't be back.

The waitstaff was perfect. If someone saw we needed something they took care of it. None of that”I’ll get your waiter.” This makes things faster for everyone l, we get our food faster which means they get their tables back faster. Great service, great food, greet Happy Hour. Perfect!!!

The oysters at Crave Fishbar are outstanding. Jeremy, the general manager, could not be more knowledgeable and excited about talking all things oysters. The food once we were seated was not as good. I ordered the octopus appetizer. Sorry, at $24 there should be more than one little piece of octopus and it should not be cooked until chewing through it was a chore. Jeremy tried to correct this, but the second time it was still too rubbery. One other dish on the table, the lobster curry bowl did not have a single piece of lobster in it until we pointed that out to the waitress (who was fantastic, by the way). In a 180-degree turnaround, the fish dishes rocked. Tasty and grilled to perfection. Lesson learned: Next time, I'll order the fish, especially the barramundi.

My guests and I had dinner at Crave. Good service and we enjoyed the food. Two of us had the barramundi and it was outstanding. We also enjoyed the calamari, and the cauliflower and rice sides.

We expected just another fish restaurant, but it was way more than that. We were very pleasantly surprised. Tables were nicely and safely spaced. My husband and I had a table for 4 for just us. At first service was slow, but it improved. The food was delicious from the Blue Point oysters to the cauliflower soup to the blackened barramundi to the seared yellowfin tuna with Mexican corn and the bottle of Muscadet. We'll be back again and bring friends.

Busy Saturday night…we were seated at a booth in the back that was so tight we could barely get into the seats. None of the four of us are large people. 2 grilled Octopus, Lobster Curry & Fusilli w/Crabmeat were very good and at the top of the price range for the modest portions of protein. I’m doubt I would go back.

We had a lovely lunch. The salads was fresh and tasty. We loved the chirashi bowl and felt the bean sprouts were a good addition. The lobster roll was delicious. Our waitress was super-nice. We live in the neighborhood and glad that we now have a good fish restaurant to go to.

My mom was visiting and wanted lobster rolls so we went to Crave. Very disappointed. I think they ran out of lobster - the roll was mostly avocado and lettuce with some small lobster pieces sprinkled on top. Still the same price, though. Likely won’t go again.

Craving for more Crave. This was our first time with a large group at the restaurant. The staff was professional, friendly and and courteous. The food was terrific and despite the lively bar crowd, the restaurant had roomy space for those who prefer quieter gatherings. We will be back.

The food was great, though a bit pricy. We thought that the server was terrific. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit noisy--there are not sound absorbers. The other item is that they use the same size glasses that they use for Happy Hour for the cocktails. For $17.00, to serve it in a tiny rocks glass seems a bit insulting. Why not give a larger glass and create a value, so that when you get the same drink in a smaller glass for Happy Hour, you feel it all syncs. We felt a bit ripped off with the drinks.
