Always amazing!!! Such a fabulous staff! And of course 🦪
Great food and extra friendly service.
Nice place, good food. Everyone in our party really liked what they ordered.
Service was good but slow and some of the items were below par.
Loved their Happy Hour Oyster!
Main dishes are excellent. Price is ok for what it is, not outstanding but at-market. Appetizers leave something to be desired. Great and attentive service, decent drinks selection. Would definitely go again.
My go to spot. Love the happy hour menu, oysters etc. So many good things to eat. Great service.
Fresh oysters and able to pick and choose
Service was lacking as no one came to pour the wine and got the order wrong with the oysters
Excellent service and ambiance
Good wine list
Oven roasted Baramundi: perfect blend of taste from miso and honey. The crunch from quinoa seeds adds texture to already wonderful dish. Asparagus is prepared al dente, beautiful plating.
Rice dusted Calamari: very well executed appetizer, light, not oily deep fried. The miso shines but not overpowering the overall dish. The bean sproud is a nice touch to the dish. The mint leaves added another dimension. I just wished there were some toasted bay leaves, seaweeds, and a sprinkle of toasted green onions.
Lobster curry: the curry sauce on its own is very authentic, well done. But putting lobster in that sauce hides the wonderful natural taste of the lobster. The curry just overpowers the lobster, in my opinion.
Watermelon Sangria: This is not sangria, I don't know what it is. Taste is off, the watermelon is not the best quality for something that demands $15 a pop.
Polite personnels from start to end. Knowledgable waiter and good ambiance.
Great energy, no attitude, very welcoming. Hostest was easy to communicate with when I arrived early for my reservation.
It’s our go-to-spot.
One of our go-to restaurants when in Manhattan. Always friendly and knowledgeable service paired with consistently good food and drinks
Favorite place for oysters, seafood and good vibes
Friendly staff and delicious food. Service was fast and well-paced.
This place is fabulous! They have the most creative way with seafood. We had Tuna and Faroe Salmon on this visit. Wonderful! I do miss octopus dish .. hope they bring it back. Be sure to get oysters when you go!
The best oyster happy hour in the city! Such a wonderful choice and excellent service!!
I ordered Handmade Squid Ink Spaghetti it was very tasty and oysters on happy hours 4-6 PM. the price so cheap. I will come back again.
Food was fabulous,, we had oysters , the scallops sushi roll and seared tuna .. SO so good!! Highly recommend
Inventive take on classic seafood dishes, very flavorful and good portions. Absolutely delicious, with good service and helpful suggestions.
We had a very delicious dinner. Service was impeccable able. Highly recommend outdoor balcony seating.
The whole fish which made me decide to come back was missing in the menu
Always a great meal and service at Crave, my go to for oysters and tasty cocktails.
Emery nice seating. No rush. Oysters and lobster rolls were fresh and delicious.
Have been here before but was disappointed this time around. The scallop sushi and the calamari were quite good, but the rest was not very good at all, and the menu was quite disappointing. Also, although we were the only ones in the upstairs dining room, it was difficult to attract server’s attention. Won’t go back.
Beast seafood .
The best oyster happy hour in NYC. Good selection of oysters and great cocktails. Attentive service.
A bit pricy for what you get. The service was the besttttt but overall the food was just okay for us.
It’s worth try at happy hour for sure !
The Puree of Cauliflower Soup ($12) was not a puree in my judgement, it was not thick, as most purees are, I sent it back. The grilled "Faroe Island Salmon" has a pleasing flavor, served medium rare as requested. It came with faro (a grain) and a broccoli like vegetable, both were pleasing.
Oyster Happy Hour is great!!
Inattentive service and my fish tacos were way too spicy and without much flavor. Spicy is ok but make sure there is flavor too.
Glad to be back to this great seafood place in our neighborhood. Happy to see that the top quality food and excellent service continue. I was sorry to see the amazing baked bread that we were used to is not done any longer -I hope that for now only!
It continues to be the go-to place for oysters and seafood for is us in the area .
Best fresh seafood around - great happy hour specials!
We were immediately recognized as west side regulars and treated with great warmth, even receiving complimentary champagne because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Food was as wonderful as ever. Can't wait for them to come back to Amsterdam Ave. Love this place and the people who run it.
Very nice restaurant and great service. Menu somewhat limited but that may be Covid related. Dishes tended to be on the spicy side which I love but may not be for everyone.
We went for happy hour oyster special. The oysters were delicious and very fresh. The margaritas were also very good. My wife’s favorite are the oyster shooters.
I came for dinner and ate alone. I ordered 1 dozen Blue Point and 2 fish tacos. Tacos we’re so good, I ordered 4 more to go. My server did not care to fill my glass of water, not a single time the entire time I was there. He did not care to check if I needed anything further. The nice bartender did come over and asked me if he could help me. Because I had been done with my food for over 20 mins and was just waiting for my server. After my to go taco order was ready. Clearly the server can see that I am ready to go. I even gathered all my stuff but still the server just looked from a distance. I had to actually ask him nicely if I can have my check so I can leave.
The food was great, I left a $20 tip because I understand times could be hard. If I had tip based on the service I received I would have not tip anything at all.
The food was so delicious, however I believe in receiving good service and due o the poor service I received, I will not be returning.
Thanks again for the delicious fish tacos.
Wish there were more food choices on the menu. Menu was 80% drinks. That said, it was good and casual.
Excellent service and amazing food!
