We are very disappointed that while having a reservation at 830 we didn’t get seated till 845 and the front end people look to be not organized at all ... the waitress was AMAZING! Anna give her some great feed back ! I am just so disappointed in the front door service and again there was no point to even make the reservation!
Family in town from Chicago
Food was great. Great place to meet friends and relax and visit. Waitress did not bring any change when I paid the bill, which is a major pet peeve. I always leave a tip, but don’t just assume what’s left is yours, unless I tell you I don’t need any change. Really left a bad impression after an enjoyable meal/time!
I love the turkey burger and it didn't disappoint. I wish they would offer it at dinnertime.
My order wasn't exactly as I asked for, however, they remedied it. The manager came over to make sure everything was o.k. Every time I go to any of the Crave Restaurants and I order the turkey burger with the spinach salad, Gluten Free, I always have to tell them to leave off the couscous, because it isn't gluten free. They should not serve the spinach with the couscous, if you ask for Gluten Free. I always have to tell them. Our waitress had to take it back, but brought a new one, without couscous. I'm afraid that one day , someone who has celiac disease won't realize this and might eat it and get really sick. Thank you.
Amazing food and love this lychee martinis. Fast service.
We had a server, Michelle, who remembered us from our previous visit. She was so friendly and helpful and our food was great.
You t was a Saturday night so it was pretty noisy. Our server ended up getting some of the items wrong when we ordered. Otherwise, pretty good food.
We won’t be back
The service was terrible, nobody liked their food, then managers and waitstaff were rude, and over all my entire experience there was terrible.
we always enjoy sitting at the bar - the bartenders make it a fun experience. Especially Ellen - she is top notch!
Nice food; need to update stale and boring beer menu
Great food and service
We took our daughters outfit dinner and it was awful. Our server was rude and inattentive, and when my husband left a small tip (which we are usually very generous with), a mysterious, $300 charge showed up on our card.
When my husband called, the manager said he was aware of it and it wouldn’t be processed, but if it wasn’t vindictive, and our server ran someone else’s bill on our card by mistake, why weren’t we informed when we were there?
The manager tried to make it right by sending us a $50 gift card, but we’re not going back. Our service was too bad and that mistake was too huge to have not been addressed.
Only down side was that they were out of the blackened wallet that was a regular menu item and my husband was looking forward to having. Wasn't told this until after our orders had been placed so it was hard to find something else in a rush. But Everything else was fantastic!
Wonderful dinner date with my son.
I don't think Crave Eden Prairie is there yet. When lunching particularly, I expect pretty timely and attentive service to be able to get in and out in under an hour. That was not possible here. Also, the food was not as good what I usually experience at West End or Galleria. New restaurant growing pains?
Really good all around.
Our waiter was exceptional along with the amazing food!
Food was outstanding! Server wasn’t confident about beers on tap, specifically seasonal beers, but other than that, he was confident with the menu and we enjoyed his service. Nice young gentleman! This is our favorite Crave location in the metro, and always enjoy our food and service! We will definitely be back!
Went to celebrate two birthdays. No acknowledgement at all of the birthdays even though it was on the reservation
Good food thanks
Excellent service, steaks cooked perfectly (although a bit fatty, even for a ribeye). Chicken avocado egg rolls are awesome!
The Hostess was very friendly and I went to the bar to wait for my friend. It took awhile for the bartender to come over, he was busy conversing with his coworker, there were 8 other people in the bar.
When my friend arrived, we decided to stay at the bar and Nosh. The Brussel Sprouts were very tender and delicious. The buffalo wings were a big disappointment, 3 whole wings and when we were asked if we wanted blue cheese or ranch, I said both; being charged a dollar for that ounce of ranch.
The bartender wasn’t friendly, felt he was just biding his time, and didn’t really love his job.
Great wine list, I’d go back for that...and the brussel sprouts.
Slow to bring drinks, we had to ask. Brought one meal of the four 10 minutes ahead of others for no reason. Wanted salad ahead of meal, never brought it, but they did take it off the bill and gave us a $10 credit. It was very busy, but no excuse. Seemed like the whole team was mixed up. Server was very pleasant.
It was our first time dining at a Crave restaurant and we were very happy we decided to give it a try. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive. Murray came over and welcomed us and chatted for a bit. We'll definitely be back!
Overpriced and overrated. The sushi was mediocre at best.
I've been to this Crave 3 or 4 times now, love the atmosphere and service is always good but really disappointed in the food and prices. There are so many other restaurants around I think we'll try next time.
Cold food, ran out of deserts, tables looked sloppy, first time eating there, last time eating there, if you don't have any standards keep the doors closed
We arrived there on Valentine's Day 15 minutes early. The host said he'd seat us at our reservation time. Two minutes later he announces that all the 7 o'clock reservations can be seated now. That was a nice surprise.
We got seated and our waiter came right over to take our drink orders. My husband asked for the beer listed which the server didn't have. He went and grabbed us a menu then told us that we can't order food off that menu only drinks. That seemed like a weird thing to say but I'm guessing people try to order off the regular menu so maybe it was just a precaution.
It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks. I chalked it up to it being a holiday date night. But then I noticed others around us with different servers were getting their drinks and food much faster than we did. Tables in other sections were turning over more than once in the time it took us to get our food.
The food was ok. I've had much better there before so I was a little disappointed. My beef medallions were way over done. I thought about sending them back but we had already waited an hour for food. I figured it was probably my fault for going with medallions instead of just order a filet. The mashed potatoes and carrots with green beans were really good.
My husband's asparagus was a soggy mess. He asked for a different order. The next batch was less over done but still soggy.
I will say the drinks (an old fashion and a Jameson mule) were great. Dessert was good too.
I wouldn't go back to Crave on a busy holiday type night. It was too much of a let down. But I like their food and atmosphere so I'd try it again on a regular night. Based on this experience I wouldn't recommend Crave to a friend because I wouldn't want them to encounter the same let down we had.
It was a great experience. I have been there for lunch and business meeting. They have always met my expectations.
We ordered the expensive prix fixe....could really know how expensive it was until it was received. 1 choice of hor d'oeuvres....2 small pieces of bread with toppings. We requested the goat cheese on the side, but it came speak on the bread. Scallops appetizers came, after 30 minutes and we're cold. Sea bass stuffed with crab meat was a very small portion and severed COLD.....and was served after 45 minutes......server came by 4 times to apologize for the slow kitchen.....the drinks (martinis) were good, but very expensive.
Great food. Feel as if I paid too much for what I got. Service was ok.
I love going to Crave and have a wonderful experience every time! I can’t wait to go back!
It's been awhile since I've eaten here. I always like the food, and the staff is very friendly and
very efficient. I will definitely return.
Everything was just right.
Customer service was excellent. There was a mix up with our reservation, they had sat a party that they thought was us, they admitted to the mix up and had us seated in 2 minutes.
We had been there once before, shortly after it opened and were not impressed, the food was nothing special then and for the price level we had expected more. The friends we were with have been there a couple of times since and thought it had improved so we tried again. Unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations again so we will not be recommending this restaurant: we were two having paella and thought it had a great taste but neither of us could taste one of the key ingredients: saffron!
One had a bowl that was just bland and uninteresting and one had steak which was cooked to perfection and very tasty but the potatoes were not salted and therefore tasted of nothing even though they were roasted and the asparagus were stringy as the ends were not broken off. As my husband said: "Even I know that you should break off the ends". If this had been a cheap place, oh well, but for the price level and hype the expectation was to at least have as good a dinner as I cook at home!
Made a reservation but still had to wait and then seated at a high top bar table instead.
The food was excellent, my wife and I both had steaks and they were cooked properly. Our service was also excellent, food and appetizers were delivered promptly and our server made sure we didn't need anything without getting to the point of bothering us every 5 minutes while we were eating. My wife got a Raspberry daiquiri and it was way stronger than your average daiquiri, that would be the only complaint. :)
Staff was very friendly and courteous. We arrived a couple of minutes before our reservation and they were able to seat us immediately drinks and dinner were great. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
