CRAVE - Eden Prairie

The server was amazing but the food was not as we expected. The vegetables were almost raw and not well steamed. The filet mignon and the beef medallion were extremely dry.

Food was ok at best. We ordered appetizers that took 25 minutes. Instead of apologizing we were given two orders of calamari which was cold. Then the second appetizer came to the table. Our main course came to the table after the table across from us left that was seated after us to begin with. The quality of the food was lacking. The server could have had just an off night I get it. I will let that pass but when the bill total with still a 20% tip at $144 the value and quality were not there. I say stay away until Crave can get back to what it was because it failed huge.

The food and service were outstanding, but the experience was ruined because the temperature of the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, even while wearing a winter coat. When I mentioned this to the manager he was dismissive of my concerns.

Service was great, food was fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Our server was very good, polite and knowledgeable. He (David) did a great job as a server. Our biggest observation was that we noticed that for each meal or drink orders that came out, the runner person(s) would continually bring it to the wrong table. We were approached by someone 3 times with items we didn't order (which were to go to the tables next to us). And when our food order and drink order came out (2 different times), they were first brought to a neighboring table. Otherwise, service from the host and waiter were great.

We went here for a birthday and it was delicious! The service was great and the ambiance for Valentine’s Day was very romantic and cozy. Will definitely be coming back!

Crave is always a good go to for us but this past experience was a little disappointing. I'm sure due to the regulations in place they are looking to spread tables out but we were in a back room with 4 other tables and it was freezing in there. We asked our server if there was anything they could do about it and she said they did have space heaters available but they were all in use. It made it a little uncomfortable to fully enjoy the meal. Server and food was great as usual.

When we got there someone had taken our reservation under my name. The host asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. I did not want to so they ended up finding a table for us. The table was tiny and barely had room for our food. I think I set my standards too high. I tried the veggie caprese rosa and didn’t think it was anything special. It was quite bland so I added a fair amount of salt and pepper which I would not typically do at a restaurant. To be quite honest I would have preferred pasta from the Olive Garden at half the price. I also tried an navocado roll and didn’t think it was anything special. However, my boyfriend got the wagyu burger and liked it a lot. For the cost of the food I expected it to be a lot better and was not impressed unfortunately.

Everything was wonderful from sushi to steak. We really enjoyed a rare night out.

Great service. The lobster mac cheese could have been warmer. The egg rolls delicious!

Had the sushi which is always fresh and delicious. A bit spendy. But always good. And we had the sticky ribs. Maybe a new dish. They were so good!!! Spicy, sticky tender...had with a side of coconut rice per our bartenders suggestion. Really good.

Ambiance was nice, server friendly. All staff wore masks. With covid, felt too many “touch points” with handling plates/glasses. At one point a table busser cleared the table in front of us and handed the used glasses to our server to take to the kitchen. Our server then quickly returned and brought drinks we had ordered. Not sure if his hands were sanitized or washed.
My wife ordered the a salmon dish which was good. Not great. Just, good.
On the recommendation of our server, I ordered the 16oz prime rib “special” Unfortunately, it had a cold center, as though it was warmed through and tasted as though it was pre-cooked, and served “as needed” The asparagus was not al dente - but almost raw. Way too undercooked.
Best thing was the mashed potatoes.
Overall, a poor qualify control effort for the price point etc.

Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend it. Wildfire, right next door, is much better, has great customer service, and for a similar price.

Crave is a wonderful place to dine, even at lowered capacity due to Covid. The staff is attentive and the food is always delicious. If something isn't quite right, they will do their very best to fix it.

Good food. Love that they have a vegan menu with so many options. we were able to get in and out quickly on a Saturday night when we were in a hurry.

The Crave staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive, as well as the manager and hostess. We could tell they were very careful about the social distancing and cleaning. We will definitely return to Crave for dinner.

Great mid day date with my husband. Staff was so happy to have us as guests and to give great service. Food was wonderful as usual.

First date night out in a long time and first time at this location. Made reservations for the last time slot. GPS was not working properly and we arrived very late. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and understanding. Service was really great and food was so delicious! Worth the drive and choosing to eat here! We loved everything about it and will definitely be back, on time ;) , and referring others. Thank you for the great experience!

We love CRAVE and normally don’t have issues but our appetizers didn’t come until after we had our food for probably 10 minutes which was disappointing but it is what it is. Food was good as always.

We had a great first meal out since restaurants opened. Thank you to Crave for making it great. We had wonderful service and amazing food.
