Crasqui is a lively Venezuelan restaurant in Saint Paul. Recipes are inspired in our chef-owner Soleil Ramirez childhood, family and friends in her home-country Venezuela.

For us Crasqui is more than just a restaurant—it’s a vessel for memories, dreams, flavors, and connections. We will keep infusing our passion, dedication and love into every dish to make every guest experience memorable.

    What a gem of a restaurant. Great flavors on all 5 of the dishes we ordered. It’s obvious that the restaurant from the concept, to the menu, to the food, to the decor is were all carefully considered.

    Crasqui is a gem. Hidden in West St Paul but sporting unusual and delicious food. Go for the soup regardless. Had three different options...all outstanding. I can highly recommend the empanadas, Ceviche Was not a huge fan of the ribeye but the sea bass was wonderful. Step out of the box and enjoy a unique twin cities food experience.

    Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of eating here for Easter dinner and Crasqui did not disappoint! Best pork chop I’ve ever had and the yuca sticks were to die for! The service was also impeccable refilling my cokes before I was even done. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to experience some unique Latin flavors! 5 stars!

    Overall great dining experience. Flavor and presentation will make you feel your taking part in Chef's Table or America's Test Kitchen. Pleasant decor with a Venuzeulan vibe. Friendly staff. Plus, we could carry on a conversation without shouting.
