When we got there it was closed, our booking was for 5pm and all the doors where locked. No sign on the door telling people what had happened 😕

we as a group of 4 diners were a little disappointed with our dining experience , the food was average and it would have been nice to know that not all the restaurants you advertise wouldn't be open. all 4 of our party were looking forward to choosing the greek food options and were again disappointed that there wasn't that choice available, it would have been good to know that prior to our booking so we could have decided whether cranside kitchen was the best option for us.

Very poor experience, the noise level was so loud it became uncomfortable. Service was very poor, no drinks menu and handed a cup to scan! cocktails were just a sickly syrup very sweet. Chicken was hard skinned and over cooked. We will not be returning. OK for youngsters wanting a street food vibe, but not if your looking for a pleasant relaxed meal.

Restaurant was very busy but we were still served promptly. Ordered the thai food which was delicious. Definitely be back!

Very average. Been several times before and had a much better experience. Waited a while for our drinks to arrive, ordered a side of fries which never arrived despite asking a waiter twice for them, asked for pizza to be well done which the waiter said wasn’t an issue. It arrived and wasn’t cooked as requested- handed it back to waiter and saw the chef seem a little irritated that this was the case (don’t have an open kitchen if you don’t want guests to see inside!). Waited a while to pay despite going to a concert so put jackets on and waited at the bar to someone to take payment. Pretty disappointing 😞

Disappointing visit. We were seated at our table and had to wait at least 20 minutes before we had to go find a server to take our order. We were in the middle of the starter when the server brought our main courses. Food was average

Service was very poor. It took 20 minutes to get served for a drink. Even then, that was us asking staff to get served. Bearing in mind you only get the table for 1.5 hours. Once served the starter came out pretty fast but the main course took 50 minutes to come out from finishing the starter.

Very dark inside. Table service very slow for all customers. Very limited set menu. Starter was cold. Main course ordered salt and chilli chicken had no flavour, taste or heat, tasted like chicken nuggets.
