Very nice but if your outside try and get under a heater or you will be eating with your coat on
Great food, easy to order, fast service, will definitely be back!
Was very nice and staff were very helpful and friendly
We came for our anatomy society social and it was so amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful will definitely use you guys again for a big group!
Nipped in for a pre-McFly drink before their show at the hydro across the road and the service and vibe in the place is unmatched 🙌🙌
Overall really enjoyable experience would recommend
Great food! Great service! Throughly recommend this place to everyone.
The food was... Fine. Edible. That's the best I can say. It took 30 minutes for two drinks to arrive.
Great atmosphere and good set up. It’s a little strange you have to wait a lot longer for drinks like wine though l, so some have drinks and others don’t for quite a while. The food in some restaurants are really good but some of the others let down our rating, like the scampi which was awful and tasted like rubber. I would still come back and just order from another of the restaurants.
Staff were all great, very accommodating to such a large group.
Great time had by all for my 40th with closest friends. Food was amazing as were the drinks. We were sat at the end of a covered area so had to eventually admit defeat & go inside as the heater wasn't working & the rain was horizontal. Been quite a few times now & it never disappoints.
Came for an early dinner, and was very happy with the entire meal, from start to finish.
This was my first visit to Cranside but I can't wait to go back. Service was superb from the meet and greet to the table service. The choice of food is amazing - having 9 different restaurants all under one roof is a great idea. I love the fact you can go with friends and all eat something different. It was raining when I went but all the tables are under cover (some do only have an umbrella though) and there are plenty of heaters to keep the chill off but you do have the option to sit inside as well as out. You have to order via their app so if you don't have a modern mobile you will struggle!
Great outdoor dining with enough overhead cover and heating to cope with Scottish weather. Really fast and efficient service. Recommend the Bang Bang Cauliflower.
Visited with my wife prior to a gig at the SECC. She had been twice and said how great it had been.
Started off getting there at 18:00 for and 18:00 booking, however we weren’t seated till after 18:15.
We looked at the menus which offered some great options however we were unable to order from 3 of the Asian cuisine ones, which was what we wanted. We were told that the kitchen had been rammed due to the gig. I wasn’t convinced as there are big gigs every weekend and the restaurant was far from being overbooked.
The food we had was booked from the Italian restaurant. Bruschetta was good. Calamari was okay, but a bit chewy. Arancini was decent as was the pasta.
After the big reviews from my wife, we were both left a bit underwhelmed.
Would give it another go if we were back for a gig and hope for better.
Food was average at best. Drinks were overpriced. Heater not working so rather uncomfortable experience.
Overpriced for average food. Nothing to shout about
Brilliant food in a great setting!! Never disappoints
An incredible evening with amazing food. Though the service was a little slower, the front of house staff were completely apologetic of this, and our demands were always met! Totally recommend.
Great atmosphere, lovely food with so many different options and great service. Will be back.
Drinks took far too long to come. We were waiting 45 mins for 2 drinks.
Service was too chaotic, different meals brought out at different times and no drinks till near the end. Food not tasty and overpriced.
We sat at outdoor dining area at Friday night and it was busy. There’s a car park right next to it but cost £3 for 2 hour parking, the ticket machine was broken so need to download an app to pay. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Lots food options including Chinese, Japanese, Italian and all that. Pay via the phone and the price was alright. Around £3 to £10 depends on the plate. The only annoying bit was that our first dish arrived five minutes after ordering, and the rest took 10-15 mins more, then our friends took like at least half hour more. So basically the dishes might not arrive all together and it might be a down side if you prefer to enjoy the meals until all dishes have arrived. Other than that was great night out.
Great pizzas. Excellent choice. COVID cautious. Swift service. Good ambience.
Had a great time food was good lots to select from and drink service was first class definitely will be back
Nice surroundings, lovely food from Halloumi. Felt really safe. Had a really nice night. Thanks to all!
It was ok. Couldn’t eat one of the Chinese dishes at all, the beef looked so palid and unappetising. The sriracha fries were very good and the pizza was nice, but overall I felt like I spent a lot of money is a very short time - the whole experience took us about 45 mins.
Good food. Good vibes.
Fantastic service, food and drinks were quick to arrive. Easy online ordering service. Food was outstanding, really tasty and fresh although portions on the small side. Drinks were ok; we had a few cocktails which were pretty standard, they tasted like they were made in mass which is understandable given how busy it is but they don't justify the price tag. The tunes were good and the vibe was nice, perfect for a late summers night.
Had a great night at cranside food was great, crowd was great however prices are not. I understand its west end prices but 10 quid for a double vodka? was not impressed by that. Apart from prices really enjoyed my visit and staff were very good at helping out. Will be back again.
Food was great, love the fact you can have so much variety. Cocktails also so good
Lovely space. Pretty quiet on a sunny Friday afternoon but music was good. Really chilled atmosphere. The order system is good but time consuming everytime to order…thought could’ve used Apple Pay but wasn’t an option.
Waited too long for my pizza. My fellow guests had finished their meal before mine arrived. Having waited for me to finish before ordering dessert, we were then told the kitchen had closed 5 mins ago. Staff were apologetic and explained that my pizza was one of 60 to be cooked. When it did arrive it could have done with being cooked a bit longer. What I must say is the food ordered by the rest of the party was faultless. Was probably just unlucky.
Great choice of food, outdoor seating which was fab for the sun.
Went for the Bao buns but they weren't on the menu. Loved the food we ordered and the outside seating area. My battered feta could have been cut into smaller pieces rather than a near whole block of cheese-but was tasty. I Had to fight wasps for my pint but I won! Will definitely be back
We went on Monday. Less restaurants and less choice that at the weekend.
Monday lunch and quiet. Ordered prawn linguine and a bowl of chicken and prawn soup. Soup was pretty awful and I didn't eat it linguine was poor but edible. Very oily. Coffee was okay. It was a nice day so sitting outside was pretty good. Service was acceptable but not good or outstanding. Food really let it down.
This is a very good format. Best if you are in a bigger group to agree which restaurant you want to eat from. Smartphone ordering worked well, although worth double-checking before placing your order. We ate at Halloumi - thoroughly enjoyed the food. Friendly service and great location.
