Had a wonderful experience! The patio was very nice and our waiter, Sam, was great! Met one of the owners, Lasinda, as well. She was friendly and stopped by a couple of times to see how we were enjoying our dinner. Loved it!
Always a pleasure to dine at Cranelli’s... Lacinda always makes you feel welcome!
It was a fantastic night! Food was delicious, and I would definitely go again. One thing worth mentioning is that parking near the restaurant is extremely limited, so we had to park across the street in the business centers parking!
You feel like family here! They even had the whole place singing happy birthday to all the birthday people!
The food and service are top notch too!
Food was great. Cozy location. Made reservations for a party of six. Service was excellent. Looking forward to the next opportunity to dine here.
Great dinner. Outstanding service!
This has been a very fun and exciting restaurant to meet friends and to take out of town relatives. Great choices of food for all types of appetites. I live in Whear Ridge bur never hesitate to take a drive for good food at Cranelli’s.
It was my wife’s birthday; we went for a nice Sunday lunch. The food was AWESOME, the ambiance was a little loud for my tastes, and the service started out extremely well, but didn’t last through the entire visit. I would highly recommend the food!!
Cranelli’s is probably our favorit local Italian joint. The owners and the staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. The Italian food is heavy like it should be and so tasty. I could live on their garlic knots and red wine and be perfectly fat and happy. My husband gets the baked ziti EVERY time. Great place!!!
I typically have no complaints about service but this was my first time sitting at the bar and it took awhile to be waited on. We finally had to flag someone down. Other than that, it was a great experience as always. Great food, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. Looking forward to my birthday dinner there next month!
The noise level was terrible. The manager finally asked a table to keep it down a little. They were screaming at each other over the loud music. They brought my wife a chicken dish when she ordered a shrimp dish. Then when I had alreadyfinished eating then brought her food out. Her gluten free noodles were hard. She told the manager, the manager said they had run out of the good gluten free noodles. The next day she reheated the left over then the noodles finally got cooked. She told the manager that the food wasn't great but she was hungry. So after about an hour and a half we left we couldn't wait to get out of there it was so loud. The manager didn't take anything off of the bill. We will never ever go back there again. Save your money and go somewhere else.
A visit to Cranelli's is like being invited to the home of an old friend for dinner. They have great Italian food and a wonderful staff. It's a busy place, but very warm and friendly.
Amazing food. Every member of the staff was friendly and showed us meals as they came out of the kitchen to show us the menu while we waited. The owner was super friendly. We went based on other ratings on open table. They were right amazing food. We will be going back!!!
Honestly obsessed with this restaurant! I'm from New York and have family here. Found this place randomly searching for food on GoogleMaps 2 years ago and haven't stopped talking about it and go every time I visit! I tell everyone to eat there if they are traveling to Denver. Their garlic knots and any dish on their menu are heaven. Make sure you have reservations because it's a smaller, intimate space and always busy.
Excellent service and delicious food. Will be back!
A tightly-packed, informal, frenetic neighborhood bistro with decent casual, mostly southern Italian dishes offered in both smaller and larger portions. Nestled among a handful of boutique shops, its energetic urban feel enhances its sprawling suburban apartment-complex setting (though the aggressively-enforced local sign code makes the small storefront hard to spot). They'd do well with more tables outside, this time of year--and a lighter touch on the béchamel sauce year 'round. Possibly a nice, energetic start to a first date, but don't expect to linger over intimate conversation against the loud background music and louder talk from nearby tables. Might be interesting for a weekend brunch or lunch, if you can dodge the crowds; and, were they to stay open later, it might be a nice change-up for winding down an evening date over dessert and a liqueur or coffee.
Normally this place is fantastic. Tonight was a huge miss on Mother’s Day. Even with reservations we waited for 30 min to be seated. Our server was fantastic but huge miss on the food. We never received garlic knots and our food took over an hour once we ordered. It was tough to keep the kids comfortable that long. They were fully staffed, the demand just outdid the capacity. Lesson learned for Lucinda and team, cut back on number of reservations and limit take zero to only a few walk ins. That will drove a much better experience and keep people coming back. They lost some customers today.
Update: The owner called me and smoothed things over. She is a sweet woman and they way overbooked and I think I can forgive them for a lousy experience. The daughter left an unhinged voicemail, probably shouldn't deal with customer complaints but leave it up to her mom. Anyways, if I am in the area again I will probably give them another shot if they are not too busy.
It took about 2 hours to get our food. They served half of our party about at the 2 hr mark then it took about 20 minutes longer for the other half to receive their food. The kids Mac N cheese our daughters ordered was not very good. I would not return here. We tried to talk to them about the wait and what happened and they did apologize but kept making excuses so it really didn't feel like an apology. we asked for the manager and after some time our waiter just returned and said "he was acting manager" which was total nonsense, the manager apparently couldn't be bothered to attend to us and hear our grievances. I will not ever return to this place. After we did get our food it was cold and below average. Just the salad we ordered took over an hour and they said they had to heat part of it up in the oven, the part of our salad that needed to be heated in the oven was two small pieces of bread. This place is horrible and the management doesn't really care about the customers nor do they care about what feedback customers have.
Food was incredible, wait staff was awesome. Great place!
I absolutely love this place. It was mother's day and it was busy. Service was good (a bit overwhelmed with the event) and food as always was phenomenal. This is a gem and they stay true to their strengths. The service is always attentive and likely I've been spoiled in the past by them.
I brought the grandmas to this little gem for a Mother's Day celebration and everyone loved it! The chicken parmesan and chocolate chip cannoli were amazing. It's small but vibrant. Great service, great food and great cozy environment. We will all certainly be back!
We have been to Cranelli's several times and this was the first time where the service was slow. Took about 40 minutes to get our main course. But, the food was great, the staff is very friendly and we will still go back again.
My boyfriend and I went to Cranelli's to celebrate our 6th anniversary...what a wonderful choice! The service was great, food was delicious, and the owner/manager was very nice and accommodating! We will definitely be back...Thanks for the fantastic evening!
We are repeat diners at Cranelli's and they haven't disappointed us yet. Parking is a minor challenge as they are located in a mixed use area, but well worth the extra effort.
We love Cranelli's and come regularly
It is tiny and very popular with the locals-so you better have a reservation!
The parking is the biggest drawback- we often park across the street, but it is very dangerous to cross.
Sadly, even though we love it, we frequently avoid this restaurant because of the parking.
As always service and food are outstanding.
Sam Hutto is the best waiter. Food is excellent!!!
Had the clam linguine and it was excellent! Service was great. No complaints other than parking but can't do much about that.
I can't believe this place exists in Lone Tree! We went on Saturday night for a late dinner and it was perfect. Starting with a nice reception from the family and owners. Dad offered to make me his famous sausage and peppers just for me. They were perfect! Thank you. I would recommend Cranellis to anyone who is looking for perfecto real Italian food. These guys know what they are doing and I'm sure i will be a regular now!!
Love this place!! Have been many times since we discovered it!!! Friendly owners and staff are fantastic! This is how ALL restaurants should be!
Great energy! Wonderful food! Outstanding service! We had a perfect time.
WE are frequent customers and love to introduce new friends to Cranelli's. We especially love the hospitality of the owner, Lacinda, and her staff.
Family get together. The food and service was excellent as usual.
Great family restaurant. Wonderful food. Great happy hour. Love Lucinda, the owner, and her whole family and wait staff.
I love this place. Locally owned, good service, and yummy food.
Great garlic knots
This place never disappoints! If you drive by too quickly you might miss it, but it is worth your time to turn around. The atmosphere is chaotic for such a small venue but that is because this place is always busy! I’ve dined there at both 4pm and 7pm and the tables are always full. They do their best to accommodate walk-ins, but a reservation is always a good choice. The food, in a word, is perfect. If you are looking for hearty, authentic Italian cuisine, you owe it to yourself to give Cranelli’s a try!
All the food options were delicious, we all enjoyed everything we ordered. I had Tomato Basil with fettuccine, love it!! The price of the desserts is a bit high though all of them are yummy. Will definitely go back to try different items. Service was nice and friendly, casual but fun environment. Cranelli's is by far my favorite Italian restaurant!
I've already recommended Cranellis to friends and family!
Took over an hour to get food
