I don’t like doing this, but the experience was terrible. It took 30 minutes to place an order and there were 2 tables occupied. The food was cold. The manager in the back was just laughing that customers were upset. The concept and menu are good. The manager needs to be replaced.

The food quality, in general, was very good. Unfortunately, there were far too many menu items that were ham based. We would like to see a wider variety of choices. The pancakes were interesting and good. I would have preferred them to be banana infused versus a few banana slices spread on top. The texture of the pancake was unique and good. The service was nice and polite, but also not very attentive and a bit forgetful. Hopefully, the restaurant will make adjustments and become a favorite. For now, it is not a go to spot for us.

Their attention to detail was amazing and having gluten free options are a nice bonus. I highly recommend the New England Benedict.

We came for late lunch. Crafted has a great sandwich selection for lunch on biscuits or bagels. There is a much bigger menu for breakfast or brunch. We will be back to have breakfast soon. Good service. Dined outdoors, which is adjacent to Deer Valley Drive and therefore significant traffic noise. Still a great experience and there is a large indoor dining area that would be great in cold weather or to avoid the traffic noise.

The food was amazing!! Delicious, fresh and what a beautiful presentation. We had the waffle which was light, fully and delectable. The lox and bagels bites was a lovely presentation. And the bagel bites were perfectly cooked. The in house smoked salmon was scrumptious. We also tried the crab cakes and they were luscious. Whole experience was delightful. Highly recommend!
