   Lovely experience all around. We went on a March Thursday night so the crowd was small which contributed to the quiet atmosphere. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was amazing! Super well done. Seems to be a new menu from the last time I was there and it was delicious. The manager was also walking around, stopped at our table, and had a very lovely and informative conversation. Will definitely Italy be back.

   I am not one to do reviews but I have to on this one. Had an amazing experience at crafted Italia. From the moment we walked in and met the host to the time we left it was 5 stars all night. Our server was Brianna and she was amazing. Cannot wait to go back. The food and drinks were incredible as well. Can’t stop thinking about the bruschetta! Cheers to all the staff! That’s how dining should be.

   Over all the food was good. We never received our appetizer we asked for which was a bummer . After saying we didn’t get the appetizer the waitress offered a free dessert which we happily accepted. The waitress also never asked if we would like refills on our drinks again a bummer because they were good.. The restaurant seemed very busy so this might have been the issue with the waitress we had or she was new at her job.

   Great place to eat. Excellent food and service. My only negative comment is that you should put your restaurant name on the marquee outside. We weren't sure that we had the right place. Thanks.

   Will return due to a great overall experience & outstanding food! I would have liked a different table option which was declined, but seemed like there was room where there was better ambiance away from bar, but this was minor. Order the filet which is marinated & cooked to perfection. Thank you to the Chef!

   The appetizers were delicious. We had the spinach dip and the bruschetta. We were celebrating my Valentine’s Day birthday and all the restaurant did was say we see you’re celebrating your birthday. Main entrees were okay.

    It overall was a amazing experience. The food was great, the bartender was outstanding while we waiting on our reservation. Our waitress i couldn't really say because she was extremely busy, but she did what she could with the little time. It is going to be a stop again in the future!

    Crafted Italia was an excellent experience. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you're greeted graciously. Then you are taken to your table for a great dinner experience. The appetizer was out quickly and hot. The prime rib was prepared perfectly and seasoned just right. My wife couldn't get enough of the dessert since it was all made from scratch. Our server was kind and quick to ask if we needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience, and we can't wait to visit again..

    Our waitress, Katrina K., was superbly attentive to our menu questions and knew all about the items featured. Her food delivery timing was precise and we were never rushed to complete a course and our meal was excellent. We enjoyed our food and I have to say that was the best Chicken Picatta I have had in quite a while - the chicken was perfectly prepared and the pasta equally done to perfection. We tend to revisit places like this with the intention of trying out different dishes each time. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs in every case. Beautiful accommodations and a pleasing restaurant to experience.

    Jess and the rest of the staff was awesome! Right from the moment you get greeted, to the moment you leave you feel welcomed. Food is amazing and delicious and their drinks are off the chart! Definitely recommend!!

    I really want to like this restaurant I have come often. It was very busy due to winter fest and ice castles Had a great table but service was very slow Took forever to get a drink order placed Received appetizer before our drinks Received dinner prior to appetizer plates were taken away It took us 2 1/2 hours for dinner - were planning a quick dinner. Lots of kids - which I love but surprised there is not a more casual option for families The room next door is always empty and could be a great option for a more casual option. New menu? Not great Will Come back hoping for better next time

    We had a lovely dining experience! We anticipated a nice meal in a nice place but the conversation regarding wine added to the experience, the discussion about bourbon while at the bar before dinner added to the experience, the server was lovely and easy to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience.

    We loved the ambience - windows overlooking a winter wonderland with Snow Globes for private dining (next time!), Sinatra on the playlist, and low lighting so we all looked our best. Recommend the Burrata appetizer - soaked up every bit - as well as the meatballs. The chicken breast piccata over pasta was cooked to perfection and flavorful. I'd order this again! Our server Erin shared the backstory of the local Alden Hills farm, which made me even happier about my healthy entree choice. We are definitely returning soon!

    Our dinner tonight was out of this world! We had a great seat by the window with a beautiful view and our server Erin was outstanding and extremely attentive! We ordered the mussels as an app, and split the black truffle risotto and the filet with truffle butter. It was one of the best meals I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time! Compliments to the chef! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

    Beautiful place and great delicious dinner, a bit pricey. Aaron was very attentive and when she got a large part coming in, she made sure I was taken care of. Atmosphere was great, large windows overlooking the Lake.

    WOW! Mandi was amazing as a server and the food was absolutely outstanding! We had the mussels, Cesar salad, and lobster ravioli w/ shrimp. Absolutely magically delicious and would 20/10 recommend. Can’t wait to get back!

    We went here for our first anniversary and the whole staff was so kind! The waitress started our night off with a complimentary champagne toast. The food was delicious and atmosphere very romantic. Perfect spot to celebrate something special.

    Typically love this place, but disappointed in food/service this time. We did the $100/person NYE special. My filet was well done (I ordered medium) and tiny. Everything tasted great, but should have ordered filet off regular menu. Our server was nice, but not very attentive (and they may have been short staffed which we understood). Would have had more drinks. And it literally took 45 minutes from the time we received our bill to when it was finally brought back to table. Still love this place, but a little bummed.

    I had spaghetti and meatballs for $25. The pasta was dry and it just tasted like a cheap ragu sauce. They weren’t that busy and the service was awful. Everything came out at the same time before we could even finish a drink we ordered right when we got there. It felt very “here’s all your stuff let us know when you need the bill” beautiful restaurant and venue, but sadly we won’t be returning
