    Food was phenomenal!! Well worth the price. We made rwsevstions for 6pm, and had quick service. Our waitress went over the whole menu with us as we had never been there. This was very helpful.

    Great place for food and drinks in the Lake Geneva area. Lots of options for drinks. Menu not extensive but packed with great options. Portion size is ample but plenty of room to have an appetizer and dessert. Beautiful view of the lake is a bonus.

    Our party enjoyed the food and our waitress was superb when dealing with one member of our party with severe allergies. Only caution would be if you have an egg allergy or fish allergy many of the dishes contain egg and some appetizers are fried in same oil as calamari. Menu on line also did not match menu in restaurant.

    One of the best if not the best filet I’ve had in the Lake Geneva area. All five of our entrees were great. Rainbow Trout was delicious as well and their Tiramisu is amazing. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable.

    We arrived on time for our reservation and we were seated quickly at the window as requested. Our server was friendly and very friendly and helpful. We placed our order and the meal was served wonderfully. Overall it was a great experience!

    Nice atmosphere and wide variety of dishes. Pasta dishes were tasty although pasta overcooked. Pork Marsala was ok although vesuvio potatoes tasted more like mashed. Delicious bread. Music in both restaurant and bar make it special

    The sun was an issue. Drapes or blinds on the west windows would benefit and not compromise the views. Loved having an Aperol Spritz on the cocktail menu; it just needed 1/2 of a slice of orange to make it genuinely Italian.

    I had heard mixed reviews about Crafted and we almost canceled our reservation. Man am I so glad we didn’t. We had one of the best meals we have ever had in Lake Geneva. Started with the carved board and spinach/artichoke dip- both were amazing. I highly recommend both. For entrees, they let me sub with the pork Marsala with chicken and the mushroom sauce is to die for. They should sell that sauce in bulk. The chicken was also seasoned so well and soo juicy. I might have the leftovers for breakfast cause I still can’t stop thinking about it. My fiancé got the filet and it was like butter melting in your both. Definitely one of the best filets we’ve ever had other than making them at home. Our server Erin was so sweet and attentive. She took her time getting to know us and made us feel welcome from the start. She also gave us a glass of champagne each on the house for our anniversary. The dinner was perfect and we are already planning our next visit to try a pasta dish. 5.5/5 stars :)

    Great views, decor, and ambience. Excellent and attentive service. We will definitely come back and bring friends, especially as the weather gets nicer and we can enjoy the outdoor, lakeview, bar and fire pits.

    The staff was amazing!!! Booked a reservation for a birthday dinner. They gave a table with an awesome view of the lake. The staff was very attentive. They were even kind enough to let me bring a cake in and then served it for us. And the food was absolutely delicious! This place will definitely be on my list to visit every time I go to Lake Geneva!

    Lovely experience all around. We went on a March Thursday night so the crowd was small which contributed to the quiet atmosphere. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was amazing! Super well done. Seems to be a new menu from the last time I was there and it was delicious. The manager was also walking around, stopped at our table, and had a very lovely and informative conversation. Will definitely Italy be back.

    I am not one to do reviews but I have to on this one. Had an amazing experience at crafted Italia. From the moment we walked in and met the host to the time we left it was 5 stars all night. Our server was Brianna and she was amazing. Cannot wait to go back. The food and drinks were incredible as well. Can’t stop thinking about the bruschetta! Cheers to all the staff! That’s how dining should be.

    Over all the food was good. We never received our appetizer we asked for which was a bummer . After saying we didn’t get the appetizer the waitress offered a free dessert which we happily accepted. The waitress also never asked if we would like refills on our drinks again a bummer because they were good.. The restaurant seemed very busy so this might have been the issue with the waitress we had or she was new at her job.

    Will return due to a great overall experience & outstanding food! I would have liked a different table option which was declined, but seemed like there was room where there was better ambiance away from bar, but this was minor. Order the filet which is marinated & cooked to perfection. Thank you to the Chef!

    The appetizers were delicious. We had the spinach dip and the bruschetta. We were celebrating my Valentine’s Day birthday and all the restaurant did was say we see you’re celebrating your birthday. Main entrees were okay.

    It overall was a amazing experience. The food was great, the bartender was outstanding while we waiting on our reservation. Our waitress i couldn't really say because she was extremely busy, but she did what she could with the little time. It is going to be a stop again in the future!
