    First-time customers with a table of 6. We were sat quickly at our table right on time. Ordered drinks. It took some time to arrive at the table. When we ordered our food the table did get another round (which included a 7-up). The food arrived but still no drinks. We then canceled the drinks other than the pop and ordered a bottle of wine for the table instead to go with our food. The waitress was very upset we canceled the drinks that had not been served yet.! Explained we now have food. Food was served and no one liked it. One friend stated it was Gross another Horrible. The antipasto chopped salad was supposed to have salami the items were so chopped you couldn't make out anything in the salad. But I didn't see any salami at all. The bolognese pasta had no meat. The meatballs when cut in half were total breadcrumbs... I could go on but no one at our table would go back. Sadly.

    Service is awesome views were beautiful nice levels lol the only real problem is that we had like five flies, hovering around our table for a whole dinner so that was really annoying and gross but the food itself was awesome. Hopefully they get the fly situation under control.

    Great veiw. Although the trees need to be topped off in front of the window. Their getting to big and blocked the view of the wedding that was going on below.

    Food was average at best. Couldn’t find fault with the server, but no above-and-beyond either. Management chooses to hold Trivia night on Monday’s, that means the place was LOUD. And when the DJ takes a break, country western music took over, so there’s no reprieve for the ear drums. Imagine, country music in an Italian restaurant, what a combination!

    Outstanding, as usual. I tried the salmon and it was delicious. I ended the night with a grasshopper drink and that was equally as delicious. Our server was right there every time we needed something as well. Great place, I highly recommend.

    Crafted Italia is a MUST if you are looking for amazing Italian food with a modern touch. We had the bruschetta which was delicious - had a very thin layer of prosciutto on the bottom under the fresh tomatoes which added a nice saltiness but kept the bread from getting soggy. My husband had the pepperoni pizza which he said was really good - just a tad spicy as it does have the arrabiatta sauce on it. Wood fired and the perfect size for a personal pizza. I had the Fettuccine and added the meatballs. The sauce was a tad spicy but not unbearably so and was so rich and delicious. The meatballs were some of the best we tasted anywhere. Natalyia was our server and she was so cute... very bright, very friendly and accommodating. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely dine here again next time we visit the Lake Geneva area!

    Very good location with a noice view of Lake Como. Food and service were very good. Our server Natalia was very cheerful and was a joy. Highly recommend.

    The service was awful. The bottle of wine we ordered was dumped, unopened, on our table, not poured. The entrees came while we were still eating appetizers; the waitress asked if we wanted boxes while we were still eating our entrees. The bill charged extras that we didn't order. Had to speak to the manager to get the bill corrected. The waitress threw down the revised bill. While the food was okay, I would never recommend this restaurant.

    We enjoyed the Friday Fish Fry special. We had a choice of fried or baked cod with a choice of potato pancake or fries. Food was excellent! Our server, Kristin, was friendly, helpful and efficient. We'll definitely return.

    Our book club had a lovely evening here. We were seated in front of the book wall which was a thoughtful touch. Our server was wonderful! Her knowledge of the full menu was amazing. She would make a good trainer to show what professional service is.

    Hidden gem in a resort hotel. Modern decor and big bar area. Pizza s and pastas were great and we’re from Chicago and consider ourselves experts in Italian food. Appetizers were simple and delicious. Try the bruschetta and calamari. The fig and prosciutto pizza was delicious. Definitely give this hidden gem a try.

    We had a pleasure of meeting chef David and his sous chef Martin.The food quality and presentation-this was truly fine dining experience. The service, wonderful Sabrina. If you are in the Lake Geneva area and are looking for fine dining experience, look no further.Crafted Italia is a must!!

    Amazing food! We dined here three nights out of the five nights we stayed in Lake Geneva. The Caprese salad is amazing. Their muscles are award winning.gnocchi’s are out of this world. Melting in your mouth. Cocktails are amazing. The wine list is excellent. This is fine dining restaurant.If you are in the area,Crafted Italia is a must.

    Food, drinks and service is always excellent. Window table offer stunning views of Lake Como. Pasta and Steak always cooked perfectly, Tiramisu is outstanding and our sever Sarah was the best!

    I wish I could message them privately, but the noise level was terrible. We intended to have a nice dinner at 7pm, but they were having trivia night. It was too much we had a drink and left.

    This a a great spot. One of the nicer dining options in the area. Beautiful dining room overlooking Lake Como and the resort grounds. Great place for a drink at the bar, a romantic dinner date, or a special occasion with family. We had the Caprese salad, fig and prosciutto pizza and scallops with asparagus risotto and the tiramisu. Everything was perfectly done and delicious. There was a nice selection of wines, specialty cocktails and desserts. Our server was so great and made some nice recommendations. She was attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable of the menu. The manager came by mid-meal and asked how our dinners were and was very nice. Will definitely be back again!

    Crafted Italia needs to do better...much, much better. Our meals were less than mediocre at best and I'm being nice here. Simply overpriced and no quality dishes whatsoever. It makes me sad that restaurant after restaurant in southeast Wisconsin believes they only have to rise to the lowest level.

    The food was really good and very worthwhile to go here. However, it was evident to us that they don’t train their staff very well as our server was not knowledgeable of the menu at all, when questions were asked of certain items. This clearly shows that their server training is very lacking. They must improve in this area.

    Great place for food and drinks in the Lake Geneva area. Lots of options for drinks. Menu not extensive but packed with great options. Portion size is ample but plenty of room to have an appetizer and dessert. Beautiful view of the lake is a bonus.
