    We’ve tried several dishes from the menu, and the food is solidly above average—beautifully plated and packed with flavor. The kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing… the front of house, however, might be running on dial-up. Appetizers came out on their own mysterious schedule—a lobster bisque appeared first, and by the time the salad arrived, we were considering applying for Social Security. The entrées did all arrive together (yay!), but one fish dish had clearly been waiting longer than we had. The sauce had formed a protective crust, and the fish was so dry it may have applied for citizenship in the Sahara. That said, the food is good enough to make it worth a try. Just don’t come starving—or at least bring snacks and a deck of cards while you wait.

    Crafted is a Morton’s/Ruth’s Chris/Flemings wanna be but misses the mark. The lobster appetizer was good, as was the chocolate flourless cake. And the presentation of all dishes was lovely. However, the Ribeye was tough- even though they brought a replacement. Still tough and chewy. For an entree priced at $60 with no sides included it was unacceptable. The $10 carrots were pretty but heavy on the pepper. The Ahi tuna was presented in thick triangular chunks, not bad but not great. The accompanying Jasmin rice with mango salsa had a thick coating of seaweed, which was all you could taste. Our server was very accommodating and pleasant, trying to fix the issues, but she of course couldn’t fix what the kitchen produces. Add that to overhead vents which constantly dripped on the table (and yes our server offered to move us but it was otherwise a nice window seat) and a jazz ensemble that would have been decent without the loud horn, I won’t be rushing back to spend almost $200 without alcohol.

    We have eaten at a few Michelin starred restaurants in Orlando and between the food and the service, this restaurant is within that caliber. It was a last minute decision to eat there simply because we were in the area and found it in a google search. We were so pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend, amazing drinks, food and ambiance!

    Service was excellent, Overall, the food was very good, but some minor improvements would make it much better. The atmosphere was nice, but the house band had a trumpet player that was terrible making it hard to talk and enjoy the company. The price range is a little high but if you don't mind the cost, it is worth a try.

    I had the filet, medium-rare. The outside was heavily charred, leaving the taste of charcoal, instead of the flavors of a prime steak. Honestly, I could get a better tasting steak at Texas Roadhouse for significantly less money. My wife had the lamb chops, medium-rare. Cut thinly before cooking, these were barely mid-rare and had much of the same charred taste. Yes, I ate all of the filet and did not complain to the server, so that’s my fault, I suppose. But it was, in fact, mid-rare on the inside…just charred on the outside. For almost $250 after tip for 2 people, there are better options for better food in Clermont, although without the swanky atmosphere. BTW, the live music was absolutely top notch…we’ve seen these musicians before, and they are best-of-the-best. However, sitting next to the stage area was very loud and difficult to socialize during dinner.

    Don't miss this spot. The food is amazing and the staff was very attentive. It wasn't busy when we were in so we were worried at first, but WOW what a surprise! Also, online it appears it may be a dressy spot - I wouldn't show up in a tank top, but you can enjoy in reasonable casual attire. We are adventurous foodies and always trying new spots and this one is a WIN. Husband had the filet and I had the chicken, appetizers and bread were amazing too!

    The first time we checked the newly rebranded restaurant, we first checked the State inspections since it was shut down for this very reason not long ago. That passed with a great recent inspection and I know the Mgt and Staff has mostly changed. Our waiter was phenomenal, we had Max, he explained things and offered advice on items. The food was delicious! From the soup to the steaks to the sides. I had the Amercian Waygu ribeye which I know is a fatty cut but it was a bit too fatty for my taste but still wonderful. Our soups were delish. The presentation on all of their items is fantastic. The drinks are creative and yummy too. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the Heirloom salad because I am not entirely sure they were heirloom tomatoes or they just weren't ripe enough. That being said, we would rate our first dinner there a 5!!! Our second visit was a bit of a disaster, three things went wrong, didn't get the soup we ordered, one steak was over cooked and the wrong dessert was brought out. Our waiter does not listen to the customers because he is too busy trying to be funny. The whole night on Mother's Day was a disappointment. But we are trying a third visit which will either make it or break it for our future with this restaurant. Stay tuned, will update the review then.

    The idea was fantastic. The delivery was just a little short. For example, the eggs Benedict came with a foam hollandaise sauce, which was a nice touch, but when you add it to a dry burnt English muffin with no butter, it loses a lot of flavor.
