We are seniors and booked our reservation awhile ago and were given a high top table which was very uncomfortable - our server kept forgetting everything we asked for and it took an hour to get our meal- she didn’t advise us that we could order off of
The New Years menu or the regular menu which was underneath the bar menu
The food selection was perfect gastropub fare. We enjoyed two apps and a pizza on trivia night so some of the apps and bottles of wine were half off. Waiter was great and a very energetic crowd which was such a nice change of pace from some of the other restaurants with COVID which are so mellow and quiet.
Great food, amazing service but the live music, though very nice, made it very hard to hold a conversation.
Waitress was very slow to get drink orders out even though the was hardly anyone there. Kitchen messed up a basic cheese and sausage pizza twice. Pizza crust and focaccia was good.
Meal was very good but server was very slow with service. We waited a long time between courses.
We had high hopes for this restaurant. The reviews would indicate it is one of the best restaurants on OpenTable in the Lake Geneva area. It was a great setting, most everything was relatively new and a great view of Lake Como. However, the two most important aspects: food and service were a disappointment. From a service perspective it was a combination of too few staff and inexperienced at that. We waited almost 25 minutes before we were asked what we would like to drink, while many around us were being served. We ordered the margarita pizza and Primavera pasta. Both were very mediocre. The pizza had way too much red sauce which overpowered the basil. The Primavera pasta was supposed to be made with lemon and butter and it was clear it was an prepackaged Alfredo sauce. The vegetables were peppers and eggplant, hardly the type of fall veggies that you would expect and, once more, there were a few of them. We had the Cesar salad as an appetizer and that was delicious.
On a fairly positive note they had a two person band that was excellent, though a bit too loud.
We love your restaurant and brought some friends with us for dinner. I was actually embarrased when the waitress asked the gentleman we were with if he wanted a glass for his beer. He looked a bit stunned and said yes. Isn't this fine dining? Why was that question even asked? Just bring the glass. We were not at the bar.
It was off season during the week so the restaurant was quiet. The cheese curds for appetizer were a good size portion and as expected. There was a nice selection of beers, though tending to resort prices. There are a variety of selections and options for a main course, including a nice vegetarian mushroom and arugula dish. I would return if in the area.
Food was mediocre at best. Drink prices outrageous. Salad was good
Delicious food and wonderful service. The restaurant has great views and plays really good music. I went with my husband and two kids and had a great dinner experience!!
Excellent! We dined on Thursday night, and were pleasantly surprised that it was half off wine and appetizers. Our server Travis was fantastic. The cheese curds were the best I’ve ever had. We brought our one-year old and they were accommodating with a booth so he could sleep while we enjoyed a date night. We will definitely be back!
Great views & good food. Being a server for over 20 years I’m very patient & tolerant but our particular server was bothered us having a few questions/concerns. Too bad bc overall wld have been a much better experience if she had been more accommodating. Only 1/4 of the restaurant was full & there were multiple servers working. FOH def made up for lackluster service

The food at Crafted Americana was outstanding! Everything we ate was fantastic! I highly recommend the Poutine appetizer and the flourless chocolate cake was the best flourless chocolate cake we have ever had! It had salted caramel, cashews and whip cream! Amazing!!! My husband had the ribeye special which was cooked to perfection. And they also make excellent old fashioneds!
And last but definitely not least, our server Travis was really one of the best servers we have ever had! Travis had a great personality, knowledgeable and very attentive but not in an annoying way, and all around just a really nice person!
I highly recommend this restaurant and can not wait to go back there!
Great view overlooking Lake Como. Great food. Get the cheese curds!!! Absolutely the best I have ever had. So light and crispy. Beet salad was great (but a little heavy on the dressing). Excellent service. Will definitely return.
Interesting facility. We arrived at 7:30 PM om Friday evening. I didn't think it was excessively crowded. Nonetheless we waited an hour and 10 minutes before our meals were served. I thought that was pretty excessive. However...fortunately we weren't in the typical rush. The outdoor fireplace and the igloos are adorable. We might try that on the next run. Our waitress was superb. But we felt like the kitchen could have sped things up (a lot)
I came for the short rib entree and was disappointed that they have a new menu and the short rib entree was removed. Still, the food was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely be back.
I like the renovations, the decor... Bar is nicely separated from the dining room. The menu is very limited, and worst of all, dress code was severely lacking.. people were dining in house slippers and robes!! Unheard of in any good restaurant..
We stayed here a couple years ago and had breakfast our first time for dinner and loved our meal. The food was very good as were the drinks I wished we would have stayed here too. Next time for sure

Spotted cow cheese curds - above average . Seared ahi tuna appetizer- very good. avocado adds a lot.
Blackened shrimp tacos - slight spice. Good pickled onion. Solid choice. Would like to see smoothies
on for lunch/brunch.

Enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving buffet! Food was all excellent, and also plentiful. The kitchen staff did a great job keeping the hot trays filled. Service seemed a tad slow, but overall very friendly. Will definitely return!
Very quiet in the restaurant when we went there midweek. Service was fine but then it should have been with not many people there. Food was fine although choices and quantity may be lacking. But then if the patrons are guests in their hotel there, they likely wouldn’t want leftovers. Everything is ala carte and no bread service.
Serve was not attentive. Never checked on us until meal came. Never asked to refill drinks. Asked about dessert but not about coffee or after dinner drinks.
The Bump-in Brunch was a great value for the amount of food/beverages you received. The food was delicious and everything was kept at a great temperature while it sat on the buffet line. The service was good - a bit slow for the few tables that were filled. But since it was a brunch, speed of service time was also not very important to us during our reservation.

Appetizers, sides too expensive. Dinner was worth every penny, but would of enjoyed a few appetizers with cocktails, just too expensive for hummus and cheese curds , even though they were very good.

My husband and I had brunch for out 'Baby Moon" weekend. What a wonderful meal. The only reason I deducted a star on service was due to this particular Sunday being a Buffet Brunch, meaning pretty much self service. However the staff was very helpful and quick to ensure all guest needs were met. I generally stay away from buffets, however as a buffet critic I must say this was exceptional. A great selection of lunch items as well as breakfast; prime rib station, chicken Florentine, Omelet station, cocktail shrimp, high end breakfast items, etc. Aside from the selection was the actual taste of the various selections. Superb !!!
Additionally the ambience of the restaurant,( which is located inside the Ridge resort ) definitely tipped the scales to our next stay in Lake Geneva being at the Ridge vs. our prior standard go to.
Nice birthday dinner. Waiter very nice and attentive but often hard to find.
Restaurant was not staffed or many people large group came in and we waited too long parts of our service. My ravioli dish arrived cool. No bread was served or offered with the mail. Others food was tasty with mine. A better lunch venue then dinner in my opinion.
