I've used Open Table to make reservations at Craft Republic since 2019 for Saturday night sports watching & never had an issue until lately. Now they claim they won't honor reservations on Saturday nights from Open Table & for some reason have a very dismissive attitude if you question it. I'm not rude or a "Karen" about things but wanted to get clarification on it. Also, my salad I've always ordered, looked like they purposely served me burnt leftover chicken with some weird sauce, not the vinaigrette usually with it. When I asked, the waiter sort of laughed & claimed he didn’t know what was put in my salad. Honestly, this place used to be a great place to go, even when it was Fox & Hound, but now is terrible. I'm so disappointed since it was a favorite for me, my family & gym team to go for Saturday nights.
The waiter was amazing. She checked on us all the time and made sure we were happy. However, the food was not good. I ordered a burger and my husband order the brisket nachos. We did not enjoy the food at all. The drinks were good through. The environment is fun, I wish the food was better so we would come back!
I called Craft Republic before making reservations on OpenTable to make sure the UFC fights would be available. I was told they would be, so I made my reservations for 6. Upon arrival, I was notified by staff that in fact they were not showing the fights & they "just found out." The manager had a dismissive attitude about inconveniencing people when speaking to him about it. The lack of communication with his staff on the subject shows his poor management skills. I contacted the parties invited for the reservations & we made other plans. We did not stay.
They were closed. No notice. Since we were meeting in Tucson, this was extremely inconvenient and problematic.
Best wings in town. Great service and plenty of room to eat
Came in for a quick bite. Seated quickly and then waited & waited till server took order. Approximately 20 minutes later we were still waiting for the food to arrive. Then when it did arrive it wasn't cooked to specification asked for and I wasn't about wait another 20 minutes for a duplicate.
I've eaten here lots of times, today's issues gives me pause as to returning again.
We went in there to watch the super bowl game......but the volume was low and no one could hear.
Our server told us that's the best they could do!!
With that many television sets and a sports bar we thought the perfect place to watch the biggest game of the year!! Not so!
We walked out 2minutes into the first quarter!
Unfortunately the speakers in your main room were totally broken during superbowl. I ordered wings to go but the kitchen was backed up for 45 minutes. We left at the 2 nd quarter of the game although we were going to stay for all of it. Bad experience, bad planning on the bar’s part.
This place has a great atmosphere. When we arrived our table was not ready as we had requested. We did end up getting a nice table, but the service was very slow and the waitress seemed very overwhelmed even though they knew a big party was expected. Overall, I enjoyed it more when it was previously the Fox and Hound.
Awesome food; excellent service; very comfortable! And open on Christmas night!
It was awesome
Ernie, Thank you for the great Review. We hope to see you again soon!!
Great way to watch any sporting event on the many wide screens available. The fact that they have great tasting burgers is an added incentive to show up.
Great selection of beers coupled with great tasting burgers warrants a second look here.
Great neighborhood place to relax, enjoy a craft beer and a great burger cooked exactly the way it was ordered. Fries were great as well. Try one once and you'll keep coming back.
Great spot on the NW side for burgers & fries plus a bunch of other stuff.
Was with my kid (32) ha. And he found plenty of great beers to satisfy his spoiled tastes.
The happy hour prices were not impressive. I was told that I didn't have a reservation for our large group even though I had the confirmation email. Several items that we ordered were not delivered to our table and several items were not what we ordered.
My burger was AMAZING! Great Service - speedy and efficient. Between us we tried 3 different burgers - and each was very tasty! I love that you can get tater tots :)
Just moved to the area and found the Craft to watch a fight. Pleasantly surprised great place!!
Good value but very slow kitchen - wait staff were great
Great food - go beyond the burgers and be pleasantly surprised. Bacon/Ranch/Chicken pizza rocks. Beer selection changes every month or so; they'll give you a taste of a few if you can't decide.
It's noisy. It has BIG bar games (jenga, connect 4, beer pong). Lots of TV's.
A great place for a large group to watch a game.
Beautiful outdoor patio
Great place for a variety of beer & standard (but very GOOD) pub food (burgers/wings, etc). Great weekday happy hour specials make this a definite after work place. We were vacationing in the area & were very happy with the vast beer selection (my husband is an IPA/Hop lovin’ guy& I love lagers/wheats) for all. He ordered the chicken wings & was very happy with the large size of them & flavor. Our server was great, also. Overall, a great casual restaurant with great service, beer selection & food!
Crowded Sports Bar so Booking on line was Great!!! Table ready when we arrived for a large party. That was fantastic.
It was Wildcard Football weekend so it was crowded, but service was still unreasonably slow and the food was just bad. Burgers not Cooked as requested, even cold. Fries cold and slow on the Beer.
Great atmosphere to watch your team but eat before you get there.
We had 22 people for an engagement party, wished they had had two servers. The fire pit was great and we had fun
Younger crowd, lots of sports screens and some active games like beanbag toss. A bit noisy, so not a great place fr a quiet meal. Service was prompt, friendly, just overall great.
Enjoy the updated interior. Patio looks great as well.
Not sure if they just changed their name from Fox & Hound or they have new principals. Regardless, they are pushing burgers, so with trepidation I ordered one. Ordered it medium rare and I was pleasantly surprised. Will return.
Decent bar food
Great service! our waitress really impressed us... My husband enjoyed his steakburger with A1 sauce tremendously... I loved the serving size of my fish and chips (took home 2 of the 3 pieces of fish)... We agreed that their fries were the best fries we'd had in a looong time... However I wasn't that thrilled with the tartar sauce or cole slaw, as my homemade versions are much better...
