i enjoyed this spot; i will most definitely return and maybe even stay... can i get an upgrade? lol
One of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had! Super yummy!
The service at this restaurant is not good. The food, in the past has been much better. The server was new and, unlike other Landrys’s restaurants, wasn’t able to split the check and give us each our Landrys’s points.
Not a good experience!
Fantastic pizza and very good cocktails. The service was extremely slow, which was surprising since I ate at Bumble & Bee earlier that day and the services as impeccable (both restaurants in same hotel). They waitress did say she was the only one working. It was odd considering this is a hot spot and it was a Saturday night. I will return because of the quality of the food and drinks.
The Junk Fries are excellent...we shared them...enough for two.
Quiet for a Thursday night which was fine. Had the Baconic burger. Could have had more bacon but very good regardless. My friend got the Classic w/mushrooms and really liked it. Waffle fries were just okay. Once they got cold there weren’t so great. We sat at the bar and had excellent service. Would go again.
Service was not attentive. We sat at both the bar and later at a table. Both bartender and server were no balls of fire. Food menu is not extensive but has some tasty offerings. Beer choices are varied and good.
Nice casual burger dinning experience. Burgers are terrific, and side orders of tots, onion rings or fries are delicious! Terrific service, easy valet parking, and beautiful hotel.
Great spot for local and other craft beer plus full bar and any wine available at Post Oak Hotel. Nosh is casual and prepared with care.
Love the decor and atmosphere! Waited a bit to place drink order, but server was very apologetic and FANTASTIC the rest of the meal. Nick was very attentive, friendly, and professional. The charcuterie platter was well-appointed, although one of the meats tasted “off.” Nick was quick to replace it! The burger was not seasoned - as though someone forgot, entirely. I made use of the salt and pepper shakers on the table, but the result was not, of course, the same. Willing to give it another shot, because the concept of the dishes and atmosphere are unique and right up my alley! Will come back with friends.
Waitress was very friendly and checked on us often enough but not too much. Fun food selections! Atmosphere was fun-loving. Various groups were talking & laughing. We enjoyed our lunch and will go back again!!!
Extremely LOUD! Food was fine but we will not return.
Excellent all the way around. Good burger and excellent service. Bonus points: can order from any of the other restaurants on the campus.
Great service, friendly and fast. Nice venue with some outdoor seating and excellent choice of music. Their beer menu is more diverse than their food menu. Basically burgers, pizza, or salad. Had expected a more challenging menu for such a venue. I had the pizza, which was great.
As you would expect, a Fertitta restaurant had excellent service. The food (hamburger and two salads was very good - not something you mark down to come back to frequently - but somewhere you would go every every five to six months. It was loud with a group of women in their 50's opting to go on the patio than deal with two groups of men in their 40's holding court.
Pretty tight quarters - plan on hearing the conversation next to you in detail. there are a few tables to sit at, but just as many bar tables to sit at for dinner.
Prices were fair and the beer selection was good, but not outstanding. I was expecting more choices, but it is a small place. By the way, had no problem reserving a table for three thursday afternoon for that night.
Brought daughter visiting from out of town & niece as wanted a fun, casual & unique dining experience. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and dining outside on a beautiful evening. Food & drinks were good & I will return!!!
This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a very long time. From the moment we arrived with a reservation, we had horrible service. It took over 15 minutes just to get a waiter and some water. When our food arrived it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. Our waitress never once came over to ask how our food was or to refill our drinks. We ask to speak to the manager to give some constructive feedback and she refused to speak to us. Do not go to this restaurant! In a city like Houston, there are far better choices!
Have been 4 time now. Saturday night the food was great but the service was a bit slow. That said will be back.
I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve dined here. The service has always been superb and the food excellent.
We live close by and found this to be a great place to walk to. Food was great and fun casual place to hangout
Amazing food and service. Will definitely be back.
Food was underwhelming and atmosphere too noisy for any type of business lunch or conversation. Slightly overpriced appetizers and very little variety on the menus. Ideal for a salad and cheese board with wine if anything. Parking is valet only which is not for everyone.
Great place for casual dinners with friends & family. Excellent service, delicious cocktails, and try the bison burger. It’s amazing!
Great menu and cool vibe!
The food was great. The service was extraordinary. The bartender was on point!
Interesting and creative cocktail and beer list pairs nicely with menu offerings.
Industrial feel sports bar nestled in a swanky hotel.
Reasonably priced given the location.
Food was good and service was outstanding, however it was so noisy we could not carry on a conversation.
Ambiance was nice, food was very normal. Not a great value for the money we paid
What a disappointment! With all of the hoopla surrounding the opening of the ultra posh Post Oak Hotel, I was certain that any restaurant in the hotel would be top rate. Quite the opposite. We were first “assaulted” by the LOUD rock music playing overhead and there were only about 6 diners in the place! We had to lean across the table to talk. Menu was pizza and burgers - that’s about it. We ordered a drink and after looking at the menu, we decided on a charcuterie plate as an appetizer and we went elsewhere for dinner. Service was terrible. People came in after us and ordered pizza and burgers....they were served their entire meal before we ever got our “meat and cheese board”. The entire experience, from the hotel lobby to this pub was a huge let down. It’s really just another Tillman Fertitta casino style “resort”! Yuck
Service and ambience good, but all food was mediocre and overpriced. Menu looks better than the food itself. I really want it to get better.
Our waiter, Terry was amazing. Since it was our first time, he offered a few great appetizers. We will be back with friends in tow.
Great setting with very attentive service. Limited menu but just what we wanted. Great burgers.
Bartender and drinks were fantastic! Pizza tasted one step above cardboard. Definitely won't order that again.
Appetizer was brought at same time as entree, we sent back. They made big deal out of not charging us for it, as if we would have paid. No apology, nothing. Burgers order medium rare, came out beyond well done. Would not go back on a bet.
Food was mediocre. Surprising since it’s a Fertitta operation. Pizza and salads were bland. Kobe dog was good but chili on top was not. Bun was very good. Mac muffin good. Salmon salad average. Waffle fries very little taste.
Amazing and attentive staff! The food was wonderful and their beer & cocktail selection was top notch.
Great burger and atmosphere. only real downside is that you have to deal with the hotel parking.
Casual eatery at the new Post Oak Hotel. Pleasant dining on the patio. Excellent salads and ‘smashed’ burgers. Good value, good service. Will return!
