1st timer, it's true, the bone falls off the rib. Love the Mac and cheese. Mashed potatoes were ok, they don't serve the purple potatoes. Highly recommend for those who love beef!

Service was awful. Our drinks and appetizer order was not put in. 30 mins passed before receiving anything, including water. The manager, Shawn, hid from the situation and when confronted, his scripted response was insincere and sounded AI generated. As for the food, the ahi poke came with very little poke and lacked flavor. The burger was not made correctly and ingredients needed to be brought to me after it was served. Again the flavor was off. Not sure what was in the meat..cinnamon? Nutmeg? Not sure but it doesn’t belong in a burger. No one finished their meal. Getting boxes for our leftovers took 10 mins. All in all we spent an hour and a half there where it should have been 45 mins to an hour at most! We will never go back. BAD SERVICE AVERAGE FOOD. The hostess was the only person that was sincere an apologetic. She took responsibility for what was happening, something the manager should have done.

Service was as bad as the food. It took us an hour to get all of the food we had ordered (kid meals came fast) adults waited and waited. Final meal arrived after others were mostly done...a cold burrito. Sean was kind enough to delete the charge for that meal (he should have done it for all hour long wait meals) but it was an acknowledgement that something had gone wrong somewhere. It was my birthday and two parties had driven over an hour to get there. No notice of that from the waiter (although my husband told the host about it when we came in. Our reservation was for 5pm....we didn't leave until 8:30...mostly waiting. A very bad experience.

I really love the Rudy’s Vegan sandwich. It’s always great when a heavily meat-centered restaurant offers a vegan option, but this oyster mushroom sandwich is actually delicious. Unfortunately, the wait was long and they ended up running out of items, but they comped us quite a bit and were very apologetic. The drinks were also good. I’m definitely going back for that sandwich!

The place was packed so make sure you do a reservation. The loaded fries with brisket for our appetizer was delicious. Plenty of food and worth it. If you’re hungry the Nashville hot chicken burrito was awesome. Our server Teagen was great, he checked on us regularly even though it was packed and kept our drinks full. Highly recommend eating here. We’ll definitely be back!

Very subpar service by multiple staff, who just don’t seem to take their jobs all that seriously. The house white wine (Craft branded) is terr-i-ble, either the bottles have been stored improperly, or this just shouldn’t be bottled & sold. Beer selection limited to just one brewer which is unfortunate, but the one I had was good. Prepared dishes were overall good, but would pass on ordering the meats a la carte. Turkey was very dry, Brisket a bit better but very forgettable. Stick w the sandwiches & tacos that are covered in sauces and other ingredients. Pricing for what you get is also quite poor, but you’re at a mall and the outdoor seating is nice, so overall less of a concern. Overall a big let down, no reason to come back.

We had reservations at 6pm. We weren't able to place our order until 645pm. By 745pm WE STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED OUR FOOD. Our server started ignoring us when she would walk by to other tables. We ended up being late to the show we were going to because of our food. Then, when we asked for napkins (because we had to take our food to go), the hostess yelled at us. Tid was legitimately the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Came here on a Sunday night. We were seated by the host and given menus. We waited and waited and waited but our server never came. No one asked if we wanted water or to take our order. The server in our section walked back and forth several times serving the other tables around us. She didn't acknowledge us. We felt invisible. After 15 minutes of this, we got up and left. Will not be coming back.

Our first visit to Craft. Nice restaurant with a large bar and TV's. Happy Hour is a plus! Greeted and served by Josh. Josh was very friendly, attentive, and approachable. We enjoyed talking to him. The food was very good, tasty, and a nice portions for the price. Chilli tasted good, but a little on the greasey side. Clean restrooms! Ambience was comfy, open, clean, and spacious seating. We'd recommend to friends & family.

We used to come here for the NY York Steak, at least once a week and sometimes twice. The service was always (and is) amazing. However, the quality of the restaurant operations with the last few management changes has tested our limits, and we won't be coming back again. HOW DOES A STEAK HOUSE RUN OUT OF STEAK? Yep, the sold out of their NY Steaks last night, and we settled for the Tomahawk (which was almost triple the price, and was OK). We complained to the assistant manager - whose response was he is calling the other locations to see if they could send over some steaks..... UM, WTF?! No, we won't be waiting that long, and then wanted to comp us sides - but was unwilling to reduce the price for the Tomahawk. I guess I was just surprised at the overall experience, as we have spent a significant sum at Craft over the past year.....

It's our first visit to the Arcadia location. Great ambiance for casual gathering. Our server Ashley greeted us with warm smile and wonderful service. We ordered wine and small family platter, which is more than enough for 5 gals. Will return to try other dishes.

The food was great and the service good for the most part. Twice now when we have dined here and server has gone on break, there is ZERO follow up from any other servers. You just get neglected. The first time, we asked for our bill (from the manager unbeknownst to us) and the guy said sure BRB and NEVER came back. Our server came back from break 15 min later and helped us. That was pretty pathetic. But the food was very enjoyable and our servers were lovely. They just need to work on the whole teamwork aspect.

I’m not sure what was going on that day although our server was beyond sweet - service as awhile just sucked. It took her forever to get/do things and the restaurant wasn’t that full. We tried asking another server for little plates for bread she acknowledged us but never brought them she was kind of rude. Service was disappointing food was amazing though but not sure it’s worth the hassle or wait

We were returning after a great dine-in experience (as well as holiday catering orders). Service was the biggest letdown. Didn't initially receive menus. M. was distracted, constantly looking away and speaking into his wireless microphone (what is this, secret service or dinner?). We had to ask twice for flatware and BBQ sauce after our food came. Oh, and bathroom was filthy. Disappointing.

The lamb chops were over-cooked and tough. We ordered baked potatoes, only to be told they were out. This was at 5:30pm!!! The server never even came back to refill my water.
